About 2000 sq. ft., this wonderful apartment is located on the 5° floor of a very decent old building with two elevators, just 300 metres from the Coliseum, at Via di San Giovanni in Laterano – Roma.
If you visited a website map and inserted the address you could have the correct idea about its excellent location. From there the most important historical sights can be reached with a short walk (Coliseum, Roman Forum, Domus Aurea, San Clemente Basilica, Piazza Venezia, Campidoglio, Colle Oppio, etc). Of course, since that’s delightful very central neighborhood, it has a good connection with public transportation to go everywhere and it’s well served by a variety of local cafes, good restaurants, supermarkets and delicatessens convenience stores. Coliseum Metro Station is just 300 metres. That place’s very quiet and safe at night too.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a single bed that can turn into a bunk-bed for 2 people, 2 bathrooms with shower, so that up to 8 persons can comfortably reside. The living room’s divided into a dining area. There’s a very comfortable double sofa-bed and a very large wood table with well-cushioned white chairs. The fully kitchen is equipped with coffee-/espresso machine, gas stove with oven, fridge/freezer unit, toaster, hot water boiler as well as all the other necessary appliances, a second smaller fully equipped kitchen too and a lovely and quiet terrace equipped with gazebo, glass table and very comfortable chairs to enjoy your breakfast and dinner outside. The apartment was just recently completely renovated and modernized. Everything is new, neat and tide. As you can see from the pictures it’s very fine furnished with some antique pieces too. The treatment’s friendly and helpful. Pick-up service available on request.

Nous étions 6 et cet appartement nous a vraiment plu. Tout a été mis en oeuvre pour qu'on y soit bien : Natalia nous attendait agréablement mais aussi carte de Rome, corbeille de fruits, lits douillets et très confortables, bel espace avec une déco charmante, terrasse magnifique, proximité du Colisée très agréable et bus 85 (venant du centre : piazza Venezia) pour les retours lorsqu'on est fatigués par les visites. Quelques petits détails à revoir mais Fabrizzio ne manquera pas d'y remédier (cafetière, chaises de la terrasse inconfortable). C'était vraiment un excellent choix que cet appartement si joli.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

its a lovely appartement in the city center... its so clean and has such a cosy terrace.... and fabrizio is so friendly and helpfull..... just can recommend it!!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This apartment is perfect in any way. Clean, quiet, fully equipped and close to the city, so you can do all sightseeing tours by foot. And the terrace is a dream! During my next staying in Rome I will rent this apartment again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Another thing to try to make You understand a little bit more of my friendly-professional attitude, if You have a friend or a colleague in town able to come to have a look at the apartment ( according to the availability of the apartment) I would be glad to have coffee with them showing the apartment...I HAVE EVERYTHING TO SHOW

I took this apartment for his great location, just the best in town, charm, elegant and 100% safe, day time and night time, You couldn't have a more central home in Rome, You do not have to believe me just Google map it ! it is walking distance with everything, museums, sightseeing, the most beautiful squares and churches, all around there restaurants and bars able to satisfy all the tastes.
