Close to Yankee Springs Recreation Area with miles of trails for hiking and biking. Horse-back riding, golfing and other recreational opportunity close by.
This is a Saturday to Saturday rental with check-in after 4:00 p.m. Saturday and check-out before 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday.
Weekly rate: $800.00/ $950.00 holiday + $300.00 security deposit. Security deposit refundable within 15 days of your departure with all being left in same condition as you received it!

Our visit to the lake house was from 7/28/12-8/4/12. We found the place on line and we were so excited by the cute pictures on the web. We called the owner and he responded very quickly and he couldn't have been sweeter to help us secure the place in such a short turn around time. Once we got there we couldn't believe how cute the cottage was. The pictures don't do it justice it is so much cutier in person! My husband wanted a nice lake to fish on and he got it. While my son was snorkeling he was able to catch a turtle with his hands. The lake house is close to many things. We took a drive to South Haven for some shopping. Took a short drive to the wonderful Binder Park Zoo in Battle Creek and had a great time there. Hastings is also a charming town to visit. I would come back the Cloverdale lake house in a hot minute! Thanks for some wonderful memories.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Very clean, neat & charming. Randy was very helpful & answered any questions. Would recommend this cottage to others. Serenity & home away from home describes this cute, lovely cottage.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.
