Unit is fully furnished with mahogany and oak furniture. New tile floor. Cable TV/ Washer Dryer, Central AC, Filtered drinking water. 3-5 minute short walk to beach with full access to resort facilites. Enjoy many pools, golf, tennis, beaches and the amazing fresh water lagoons. The Beach Clubhouse is an elegant and luxurious way to spend the day and then retire to the comfort of you own private residence. Golf cart rentals available for exploring within the resort area and rental cars for longer trips. There is also a free shuttle into Punta Cana Village with groceries, restaurants, and shops.

There is somethign for everyone. In a very short distance you can do sports, tennis, world class golf, kiteboarding, windsurfing, sailing, paddleboarding, surfing.

Or you can just chill out in a hammock, read books and finish that crossword puzzle.
Many options for whatever you are looking for.

We had an excellent experience, the condo is located in a quieter residential location so it is perfect for those not looking to be a part of the usual resort experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all of the things we needed, comfortably slept 4. There is a pool steps away and Punta Cana's long stretches of beaches were easily accessible. Thom and his family were very hospitable and were available to answer any questions. There is a restaurant located very close to the apartment and we would recommend having a car to visit the grocery store, other areas of the resort and beyond. It was last minute that we decided to leave in order to get away from the crazy life that we booked this trip! Lucky enough we found this little gem and booked it! From the start Thom (the owner ) was more then helpful providing us with details about this wonderful place. The condo is situated very close to the airport and we were lucky enough to be greeted by Sarah (Thom's wife) who gave us a ride to the condo and made us tour the property. The condo is well equipped and the pictures are very accurate. It is situated right besides the pool and has ocean view and a quick walk to the endless beaches. This condo is situated inside a gated community and you can be sure to be very SAFE and have plenty of privacy EVERYWHERE. Chairs can be found at all times at different beaches inside this resort and at every pool! This place is really for to get away from it all and be quiet! As I said during the week consider this as your luxury cottage at the beach! Besides the house you can also find AMAZING fresh water lagoons where you can swim feed, the fish and turtles in a paradise-like environnement. We cooked all week in the condo and ad no difficulty finding everything at the grocery. There is a shuttle from the resort to the supermarket. Finally I have to say that Thom & Sarah are more then helpful with everything and the fact they are on site really is a plus! IF YOU WANT CALM, RELAXING AND QUIET VACATION DON'T HESITATE THIS IS IT!
