The upper floor, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, was renovated a few years ago and can sleep a non smoking family of 2 to 6* From the upper floor, you will enjoy relaxing on 2 decks. The upper most deck is spacious and offers ocean views!
The lower level has been renovated and can sleep a non smoking family of six, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a sleeper sofa. The brand new fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher. Sit and relax underneath the covered porch and enjoy your summer days and nights.

I love my LBI home
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Each floor has a first bedroom with a 1 queen size bed, and second bedroom has 2 twin beds. We can provide an air mattress for the upper level, which can sleep a max of 6. The lower level can sleep 2 additional in the sleeper sofa. Each level is Ideal for a non smoking family of 2-6.
EACH FLOOR FEATURES:
Air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave and more... One full bath with shower and tub. The upper level rooms have been renovated and most appliances are new. (The lower level kitchen is completely remodeled with new appliances.) Amenities included: secure WiFi, cable package, Beach badges, Movies, books and games.
OUTSIDE FEATURES:
Each level has its own gas grill. Long day at the beach? Wash off the sand in the Outdoor Shower.
This 2 family home is conveniently located. Park your car and walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and lots of eateries

PARKING:
Off street parking available. The Upper Level has driveway parking on the side of this home, next to the neighbor's house. Please park as close to our home as possible. The lower level has 2 parking spots directly in front of the home.
