Enjoy the vacation of a lifetime at the Harborside Resort at Atlantis. Here you and your family will enjoy all the Atalntis has to offer: world class facilities including swimming and watersides, aquariums, restaurants ( Bobby Flay's MESA Grill and NOBU just to name two of my favorites) , there is a Marina nearby with great shopping or take the sea taxi across the harbor to experience some of the local flavor at the straw market! Mom will certainly enjoy relaxing at the Mandara Spa while dad is at the Casino or on the golf course. The kids will enjoy spending their evenings at the kids club or watching one of the latest movies. This is a great unit to share with extended family or give the teens the space they want as they can be split in two: double kitchens, living and dining areas included!

We rented this listing last minute, planned to use frequent flier air miles and needed a confirmation fairly quickly before the flight details changed. The owner was very responsive and had everything setup through VRBO and the Harborside resort almost immediately so we could finalize our trip plans. The property was beautiful and we loved staying at that area of the resort. The shuttle buses come by every few minutes and once there, if you have small kids, you will soon realize that no matter where you stay, you will be taking the shuttles between the properties to access all of the Atlantis amenities. The Harborside area has it's own pool with a little kids spray area and one of the more reasonable restaurants on the resort. It's also within a short walk to the marina shopping area where additional restaurants are located. The first room we were assigned was in a very busy location between a road, a main walkway and by the stairs. The next day we were moved to a better location with a harbor view. Our unit was a nice size and having two small kids, the kitchen was a real $$$ saver. On the way from the airport we had the taxi driver stop at a grocery and every day we ate breakfast at the condo. Most days we packed the kids a sandwich and chips because they were too busy playing and swimming to eat much more so we didn't waste a lot of money on their lunch food. It also had a large jacuzzi tub and stackable washer/dryer which we used every day and came back home with clean clothes. The basic supplies of paper towels, tp, etc were provided, if you are a coffee drinker though, they give you enough for one pot. We all had a really wonderful time and even though we stayed a whole week, after we got back home, we still think of things we didn't have time to do! One of the highlights of our trip was a history/snorkeling/fishing excursion with Bahama Boat Tours and Capt. Carl. He picked us up at the marina right there at Harborside and did us the courtesy at the end of the day of dropping us off in the Fish Fry area for dinner. Check him out too!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
