Our amazing, stand alone Townhouse offers more privacy than you will find elsewhere.
The Townhouse features TWO master bedrooms, which is great if are traveling with other couples, co-workers, or friends!
The Townhouse is OCEAN VIEW (not oceanfront) but still offers breath taking ocean views and direct access to the beach by our private beach walkway.
Our double master Townhouse has 4 bedrooms with 3 baths and its own private balcony overlooking the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy sunrises over the warm waters while sipping coffee or tea and chatting with friends. What a great way to truely enjoy a vacation!

I recently stayed at this townhouse when meeting friends from out of state for a short vacation. We met at the townhouse and were pleased at how smooth and easy it was for us to gain access to the rental. The inside was very clean and far exceeded our expectations. It is very close to the Ron Jon Surf shop and the pier. We had a great stay and are returning for the upcoming Labor Day holiday. Also my daughter had left her new bathing suit at the townhouse and they mailed it back to her. This is a great place and I would recommend it to all my friends!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Want to start off with the management...they were great!!! The house was great!! We came into the house and was better then advertised......Only issue was the housekeeping coming in early to begin the clean up.... Highly recommend to anyone looking for a house in cocoa beach. Walked to Ron Jon and grocery store.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
