Easy vacationing! Easy to FIND, to PARK, to BIKE anywhere, to WALK to the beach, to EAT, to PARTY. This is such a great location at the North end of Virginia Beach. Wonderful house

One block off the beach with access.
Just far enough out of the traffic of the boardwalk and the big hotels but within walking or biking of all the attractions and State Park.
Come out of the house and walk left 3 minutes to the public beach access next to the Wyndham hotel. The last section of beach with lifeguards. The outdoor cafe, restaurant, bar and facilities of the Wyndham are priceless. A kids meal there with a drink and dessert is only $6. Also great cocktails!! The beach is usually much much less crowded than anywhere else.
Our house is the bottom half of a duplex with it's own front deck with supplied patio furniture.
Inside you'll find a well furnished 3 bed 2 bath classically beach themed house.
Hardwood floors throughout, mounted Flat Screen, dining room table, washer/dryer.
Master has queen and own bath. Hall bath is for other two rooms that sleep 5 in twin beds.
The side yard has an outdoor shower and specialized beach wagon for toting toys, coolers etc. Side door has key code access, so no worrying about keys.
Enjoy a drink and watch the sun set on the large front deck. I know you'll love it.
**We require half the weeks rent in advance as a deposit. There is a $65 cleaning fee upon exit for our maid. We use a standard Virginia legal lease. We will give you door codes for the house with the lease. Thanks.**

This house is close to where my wife and I grew up, so we could come be close to our family. The setting for this house is absolutely wonderful for kids and an easy vacationing experience. The location makes within biking distance to everything. It was too good an opportunity to pass up!
