A queen sofa bed is in the living room with cable/TV/VCR/DVD. Built in bunk beds are in the hallway. The fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave,blender,and all necessary utensils. THIS UNIT DOES HAVE A WASHER/DRYER.
There is a secured parking lot, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, poolside bar, poolside store, ATM, and snack bar available. Near the condo are many attractions, restaurants, and golf courses. No one under 21 allowed without parent. There is internet service with computer provided in lobby.

I have owned my unit at for the last 10 years. We do use the unit personally and have enjoyed it with our family and friends.
Why the Owner Chose The Summit
We chose to Buy a condo in Panama City Beach because this is were we vacation alot with our kids. We rented at The Summit thru a friend and decided that we enjoyed the location it wasn't on the main strip but, close enough if that were you wanted to be. Walking distances to places to eat and activities such as go carting and shopping.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The Summit offers a beach store with beach supplies, drinks, pizza, hotdogs and some personal products. Bikini Bob's you can eat without leaving the property. The tiki bar offers poolside cocktails. On the beach there are beach chairs to rent, wave runners, and banana boat.

Julie's beautiful condo was amazing for our family to stay in. You can't get any closer to EVERYTHING! It was very clean and comfortable. She has everything you need for your stay at the beach! We will be back next year! It doesn't get any better than this!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
