Come and enjoy the beach! Play or relax on the sugar white sands of the beach, around the two swimming pools, or in this two-bedroom, two bath, fully-furnished, beach condo (non-smoking) that sleeps six. This quiet, end unit includes a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room, and a new leather sleeper sofa with a queen bed. Amenities of this complex include a large grilling area, bike racks, and two laundry rooms. The wooden boardwalk to the beach includes a shower for rinsing off. Inside the condo is a computer with high-speed internet access! WiFi is also included in case you bring your own WiFi gadgets, (e.g. iPod Touch, iPhone, Droid, Laptop, tablet, etc.) All rooms have TV's with DVD/VCR's.
The condo has everything you need from dishes to linens!
Great views of the Gulf & Lagoon. Everything is close by - downtown is about 9 blocks and there is a convenience store one block over that has everything.
Covered parking (directly under the condo) is sufficient for two vehicles or a vehicle with boat attached. We have the only pull-through parking in the complex, which conveniently allows you to pull straight out. This is helpful if you bring your boat or don't like backing up. There is more parking for additional cars, boats, waverunners, etc.
Newly updated, the condo includes new flat panel televisions and leather dining and living room furniture.

Just got back from a great beach weekend. Upon entering Gulf Shores I realized that the owner had not sent us the code for the lockbox so we had to call them 2x but were then provided the code over the phone. The exterior of the condo is not in great shape. I was a bit concerned. Also, important to note that it is not beachside, as the condo description seems to indicate. It is across the highway but very close to the beach. The door to the condo unit is covered in rust and desparetly needs to be re-painted...its yuck! But when you walk in it is decorated very nicely (just like in the pictures) and everything is clean and in good shape. We were very satisfied with the interior. After getting settled we cooked dinner and had a fun time in the condo. Cookware & dishes were sufficient and plentiful. The next day we went to the beach. We never found the alleged beach walk way with the shower. The condo directly across the street gracioulsy let us cut through their property to access the beach. So the walkway part is misleading. It must be somewhere down the road at a public access entry where you likely have to use your car to get there. We woke early on the day of checkout and I once again realzied that the owner had not sent us the checkout list of things to do, etc. I requested this list more than 5 days before arriving, along with a late check out, but never received the list. We were granted a late check out when we called for the lockbox code, but didn't even need it. So we cleaned up really well and I called the owner at brunch and told him we left and did all we could but that I never got the checkout list. He was surprised I didn't get the list and was nice and inquired about our stay and asked for information on improvmenet, which I gave him then and am providing now. Overall, the unit is nice but the following should be done: (1) owners need to be more attentive to their renters; (2) they should paint the condo door; (3) they should buy new pillows and bed sheets (the spare pillows in the master closet were stained and pretty gross looking); (4) we had some issues with connecting to Wi-Fi on the iPad and could not change channels on TV in master bedroom that should be looked into; and (5) they should provide more info on how to access the beach. But overall its a nice unit and a great value for the price. We enjoyed our time but it could have been much more enjoyable. I would stay again if these issues were addressed.Recommended for: Girls getaway.
Owner response: Yes, we forgot to send the code email as we were also out of town but always provide multiple phone numbers to call and other ways to contact us. As condo owners, we only own everything from the "walls in," and our association is always busy with updating and painting, which these metal doors rust very quickly due to the salty air. We will ask to have them repaint our door as soon as possible. We enjoy the heck out of our condo and stay there as often as we can, and have done so since our youngest was an infant. Directions to our deeded walkway, which is across the street on the right side of the condo to the right, were included in the email sent to the guest. It IS a short walk (essentially across the street) and we've crossed it a million times with the children without any trouble. We'll try to be more clear in our directions within the emails to guests. The guest did respond to my question of how to make the place more enjoyable with "new pillows and maybe new linens," but made no mention of the other items. I asked how the computer in the condo worked for them and they said they didn't use it. I enjoy having a computer in the condo for all to use. On the desktop of the computer, there is additional information about rules, check-out steps, etc. I will add a blurb in our emails to guests to let them know more information can be found on the computer desktop. Our cleaning ladies do a great job of letting us know about items that need replacing but must have overlooked the pillows. We will replace them and the linens, which we always have extra sets available. We provide numerous ways to contact us and ask that you do during your stay as we'd prefer to address problems when they arise versus after you've left. We will address every problem mentioned, and really wish the guest had while they were enjoying their vacation. We want everyone to have as much (if not more) fun than we have when we go!

Great property for the price, very close to beach and shopping. Only downfall was poor internet service, so if you need a fast connection or even a connection at all you should make other arrangements for internet service. The owners were fast to respond to my e-mail or text, I spoke to the internet provider on two separate occasions but could not resolve the problem.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

we enjoyed our stay but was disappointed in a couple of things. there were dvd players in each room but did not work as the were not wired up. owner's wife said husband would take care of it....never did. no extra toilet paper supplied, cable tv was kind of wierd with many duplicate channels and no channel guide provided. water pressure was not real good. but all in all a good value for the price.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The condo is nice and clean (just like pictures) but it is very compact. Although we were facing the boulevard, it was very quiet. The condo had a partial beach view which we really liked. We cooked in every night and had everything necessary for meal making. The building is kept clean and the pool was very nice as well. The wi/fi connection was weak most of the time according to the kids.:-) My only complaints: the microwave was missing the cooking platform (difficult to use w/o it), and the painters were painting our balcony two of the four days we were there so our view was obstructed and we had to keep the curtains shut to have some privacy. We notified the booking agent about both issues while we were there. We were offered nothing for our inconvenience.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
