Had a blast with the family!

Some may rate excellent if breakfast in bed was served daily, but we found all the conveniences there and a nice quiet clean pool within a minutes walk from the back door here. We were within reasonable time to anywhere we needed to go. There's plenty to do and there is a back way to Rehoboth too. The grill provided BBQ to our liking without all the kitchen clean up. An outside shower kept the sand down inside Everybody seems to leave something before they leave, so look around before you shop big. Plenty enough charcoal so we just left what we brought. The owner is a down to earth person and willing to answer all your questions. So just ask. I'd book again! Lisa is 5 stars also!

Cozy stay for New Years

We thoroughly enjoyed your house and our stay over New Years. Very close to the boardwalk area and many restaurants but off the beaten path. It was our home away from home! Loved the cozy living room. We couldn't believe you left us New Year's party hats and horns. We stayed with another couple and we all had plenty of room to spread out. Thanks again for all your special touches, Lisa. We would love to stay a your again this summer. Thanks!

Thanksgiving at the beach!

Thanks again Lisa, for another great stay in Rehoboth. We love your house and decided that of all the beach places we've stayed in, you definitely have the best decor. Love the fish! The fireplace was very cozy for our stay over Thanksgivng and we made use of your well stocked kitchen for our T-day feast. The turkey hats you left for the kids was a sweet touch. Thanks again- we'll be back!

Hi Lisa. As I was checking out your house availabilty for this summer, I noticed I didn't write anything about the wonderful vaca we had last year. Don't know if you remember but we rented a week in June. Had a wonderful time - brought our teenage son & his friend. There is so much to do and your house is so clean and cosy + LOTS OF ROOM (important with two teenages in the house). You've really thought of everything to make it feel like home. My husband & I used sun porch every afternoon for a relaxing glass of wine, while the boys were out riding their bikes or playing tennis. I can't imagine a house with better value at Rehobeth. The location makes it so easy to go over to the beach. I'm be contacting you about several dates we are thinking about this summer - just wanted to let you know we'll be back! Thanks!

Cute Townhouse! Great Bargain!

I rented this CUTE townhouse for travel with my husband and 3 children on Aug 28-Sept 4, 2010. The rental process was very easy and the price was great! The house was very clean, roomy and comfortable with enough room (and bathrooms) for everyone. The decor was bright and beachy. It was a short drive to the beach, where we found parking quickly. I enjoyed shopping at the many outlet centers nearby. The house had a full kitchen with all amenities, allowing us to also eat some meals in. A perfect house for a family get away!

mildew

The condo was small and dark. The sunroom smelled very very badly of mildew. You couldn't even open the door. So, that made the sunroom unusable. The outdoor shower past the sunroom is rusty and filled with stuff. In order to use it you would have to first empty it. The advertised beach chairs are ripped and not usable. The toilet paper holder kept falling off of the wall. The furniture downstairs is new but the furniture upstairs is old and cheap. There were ants everywhere no matter how clean you kept the kitchen. Unless they completely bleach the sunroom and everything in it, put your money somewhere else.

Owner response:MILDEW GONE! Wow! This past renter is having a bad day, six months after renting! This is the first comment that I have had back from her! I must admit there was a leak in the back sun room roof that was fixed after the rental. The carpet was removed and the sun room totally freshened up! The BBQ and beach chairs are stored in the outdoor shower to keep the property neat; the renter is free to leave these out during their stay. Beach chairs are replaced each season and are provided as a complimentary addition for your rental. The house is under contract for ant extermination. The furniture in the house is all very fun & "beachy"! All pictures posted are exactly as the house looks. People actually comment on the decorating with lots of enthusiasm! Kids love it! The house is laid out nicely to give people their space, lots of lighting and not cramped. For the amount of a weekly rental it is quite a bargain! It is very upsetting to have a family not enjoy their stay. I work very hard to keep my house clean and fresh, as shown by the amount of positive feedback and the return customer base I have. The townhouse was great. Clean, spacious, and fully equipped for all of our needs. A minute's walk to the pool and 10 minute bike ride to the boardwalk. My wife loved the decor and the kids enjoyed having their own space. Thanks for the great weather, also. We'll be back.
