Situated only steps from world famous Abbot Kinney Boulevard, the VE Electric Loft Guest Suite is completely redone and tastefully decorated, a one bedroom loft apartment places you right in the heart of a new, reborn Venice Beach, with easy access to wonderful restaurants, great stores and galleries. And with only a short walk to the Venice Boardwalk and the beach, you have the best of both worlds right at your doorstep!The apartment is located on the upper level of a three story, twenty unit, live/work, walk-up, apartment building and has nine windows, a skylight plus the glass "door to nowhere" which makes the apartment sunny and bright. The high ceilings and exposed beams gives it a modern, industrial, but warm look. It is furnished with contemporary furniture, and has three living areas: the first for dining next to a brand new modern kitchen with stainless steel fridge, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Book shelves, loaded with books act as a room divider between the dining area and the living room, the second living area, which is the comfort center in which to enjoy pure relaxation. It has a corner sectional which could sleep another person and in which to view a 46" flat screen TV. The third area contains a comfortable queen size bed with a separate section for an office containing a desk, chair, cabinet and another 37" flat screen TV. A modern bathroom includes an over-sized walk-in tiled shower with a large rain shower head. The apartment has comes with cable TV with HBO, phone service with unlimited local and long-distance calling, as well as wireless internet access.Reserved parking space for one car in garage under the building.As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

We had a great time at your loft. It could not have been in a more perfect location. We felt very safe and loved everything about the loft. The decor is perfect and the views were spectacular. Everyone was so easy to work with and we will definitely contact you guys again for our next trip to Venice Beach. Thank you so much for making the loft a great home away from home!
