The master suite is furnished with a King size bed, and Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom provides 2 Queen beds as well as a seperate bath. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the living area.
There is no smoking and no pets allowed.

We loved our recent trip to Lake Ouachita and our stay in this beautiful condo. Our group included 5 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room for us all to sleep and move around. The full size, fully equipped kitchen and gas grill were great for a steak dinner! The condo was nicely decorated and very clean with no real visible signs of wear. The owners were kind enough to have on hand things like laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags... which is great especially for a short trip. We also appreciated the game table and extra games in the closet. The deck facing the lake is great for morning coffee! With regard to location, the boat launch and swimming pools are just right down the road. I highly recommend this property and will certainly be calling again in the future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family had a great time at this place. It is very family friendly...we had 5 adults and 1 baby and plenty of room to stretch out. The place is clean and nicely furnished abd very comfortable. The view of the lake and the proximity to it were perfect. Sitting out on the back porch at dusk watching the sunset over the lake was really relaxing. We didn't rent or bring a boat but if we had it would've been really easy to rope it up within feet of our condo in the little channel that leads to the condo. Overall a great experience and we would do it again. Thanks Don for your help and great hospitality.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
