I had the privilage of joining my family for a stay at this luxurious villa last fall. At the time it was not online yet as the new owners were busy decorating and renovating, so we did not know what we would be walking into. I cannot say enough about the decor and spacious open floor plan. I stayed in the bedroom with the cabana entrance to the pool. I loved the pool view and enjoyed my morning cup of coffee just outside the sliding glass doors of the bedroom under the cabana while listening to the pools fountains. It was really like staying at a spa!! It was perfect because the kitchen allowed us to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, but was also withing walking distance to great restaurants and shopping for those lazy evenings! My dad and I hiked Squaw Peak several times which I believe was only about a mile away. The biking and running path within the Biltmore resort is another great feature for those active vacationers. I already have a trip planned to bring my husband back for our 5 year anniversary. We are excited to relax by the pool but also plan on driving to Sedona for a day of shopping followed by a trip the the Grand Canyon!! We are so excited to come back and would recommend this amazing villa to anyone for ANY type of getaway! Wow, what an amazing week in an absolutely fabulous property. This home is everything advertized and more. It sits in an amazingly well maintained and exquisitely manicured gated community. The layout was perfect for us, 2 adults & small kids. Close to great family hiking trail, central for shopping and all the fantastic golf in Phoenix and Scottsdale. There is an great open living area with beautiful travertine floors and hardwood in the master. The home is beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. One of the best aspects of our experience is the fact that it is anything but a generic holiday rental. The landscaping is first class which adds to the overall experience, we spent quite a bit of time with the kids in the pool and hot tub. Don't think twice BOOK EARLY.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I had the opportunity to spend time here last October in celebration of our anniversary and absolutely loved it! While all of the rooms are nicely decorated, our favorite was the master suite. This space opens up to a beautiful private pool, hot tub and outdoor eating space where we spent most of our evenings. The master bath, which includes a steam shower and amazing walk in closet was far nicer than many we've seen. We also enjoyed being so close to shopping and dining as we ate out much of our time in Phoenix. While you're there, be sure to check out Biltmore Fashion Square right around the corner as well as the shops in Scottsdale- a mere 10-15 minutes away. True Foods, Modern Steak and Wild Fish are all great restaurants worth trying. Other worthwhile day trips include hiking Camelback (right around the corner) and making it up to Sedona. Overall, it was a very relaxing trip and we'll definitely be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: We love to travel and have gone to Arizona many times and enjoyed so much the area around and near the Arizona Biltmore. It is a wonderful area with beautiful landscaping and very private. We love to golf and hike and walk the nearby trails. We also enjoy the pool and the relaxing feeling we get when we settle in to this home for a few weeks. We absolutely love this home and the area and hope you will as well.
