Playa Linda Casita is a bright, casual, @800 sq ft, on the ground floor. Enjoy designer furnishings and linens. Widescreen TV, cable and internet.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.. Each BR has a king size bed. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. The living area sofa folds out to a queen size bed. The property will sleep 8.
We have a tree shaded front patio with a grill.
We are located on Capistrano Place, about 20 yards to the Bay and a short block to the ocean.
This is a quiet, lovely residential area. We provide covered parking for your car. Seaworld (1.5 miles), Airport (6.5 miles), Zoo (7.5 miles), Hillcrest (8 miles), Downtown (8 miles).
Have the best of both worlds, bay-side is quieter than ocean-side, just 6 blocks to the Plunge (huge pool), Belmont Park (Oceanfront amusement park, ride the "Giant Dipper" roller-coaster or play arcade games), a park with plenty of grass, and lots of restaurants nearby.
