You will find the serenity of this quiet beach town is exactly what you were looking for in a relaxing beach vacation. The Villas of Mexico Beach is directly across the street from public beach access and is situated on the waterfront canal leading directly to the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your boat and enjoy all the areas finest fishing spots as well as diving, snorkeling, tubing, skiing; whatever you can find to do on the water!! For the sun worshiper you will find no better beach around to work on that tan. You will return from your vacation relaxed and starting to plan your next stay on this beautiful stretch of coast.
You will find our 3BR/3BA condo will be more than comfortable and suit your families every need while on vacation! The living area is designed with the family in mind and includes flat screen television with DVD and stereo system. There is a large dining table that seats 8 as well as a counter/barstool area for two. The Master Suite includes a King size bed and flat screen tv as well as balcony access. The Master bath is huge with a large soaking tub and walk-in tile shower. Closets in all of the bedrooms are large enough for you to stay for months! The second bedroom has two Queen size beds located near hall bath. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and private bath. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well.
The extra large balcony area is furnished with outdoor furniture with seating for eight and has a large BBQ grill for the day's catch! The balcony overlooks the canal and the swimming pool, as well. The Villas is across the street from the City Pier and you have a built-in front row seat to the Fourth of July fireworks without leaving the unit! You and your family will want to make this an annual event! Hope to see you soon!

Great weekend. Very nice house, we all had a very good time.Need a little work on the boat slips, but overall it was good. I would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys coastal living.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

The condo was great although I would have liked for the 2 queen beds to have been in the room where the bathroom was instead of the 2 twin beds. I think it would have been more accomadating for my family. The condo has everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend for your next stay at Mexico Beach. Right across from the beach, Tommy T's-where they have great ice cream and right next to the shell shack where they have wonderful fresh seafood and great gifts!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mexico Beach. The condo was extremely nice and very well stocked. There was enough room for everybody. We would definitely recommend it and would like to stay there again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
