Regatta Resort is an upscale condominium complex. It is located in North Naples, Florida at Vanderbilt Beach, near to the famous Ritz Carlton Hotel.
Vanderbilt Beach is known for its beauty, location, soft white sandy beach and friendly atmosphere. There is nearby swimming, boating, tennis, golf, shopping, theatre, cinema, and many fine restaurants.
This special condominium is professionally decorated and well appointed. Each air conditioned room has a selection of very attractive prints, paintings and floral arrangements.
The unit has a spacious great room for living and dining. It features a large Drexel entertainment center, leather furniture and a large pineapple glass dining table that accommodates six.
There is an impressive master bedroom suite with a massive king-size bed, armoire, two large night stands, a master bath with shower room, Jacuzzi tub and a large dressing room. This elegant bedroom leads to the screened-in lanai by way of French doors for airy sleeping.
The second suite is a queen bedroom attractively decorated with wicker and ratan furnishings and private bathroom.
The third bedroom is bright and airy it reflects the cheerfulness of the condo. Furnished in maple with twin beds dresser and night stands, it has a nearby hallway bathroom.
For the gourmet cook, there is a beautiful modern full kitchen with all upscale appliances, cooking utensils, dishes and glassware. White Corian counters add to the beauty of the maple cabinets that complement the snack/breakfast bar that seats three. It's all waiting for you!
The lanai is large, 12 feet by 40 feet. It is furnished for dining, leisure and lounging. In addition to the lanai there is a 25 foot by 40 foot added private sundeck with an outstanding unobstructed view of Vanderbilt Bay and the Regatta boatlandings. It is furnished with chairs, table and chaise lounges. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also in the unit. A well appointed cabana unit is also available at additional cost.
For your safety this condo offers both front and rear exits. The complex has fire and smoke alarms and a manned security gate with twenty four hour attendants.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week in early June 2009. Thanks to Edward for your accomodations and friendliness. The beach was very close and the condo was clean. The Turtle Club restaurant was delicious. It was awsome to collect sand dollars right from the ocean with my children. It was a great vacation! Just writing the review and looking back on the condo pictures is so sad... We really felt like it was home, we didn't want to leave!
