  We were in town with children & grandchildren to attend a niece's wedding in Aptos. This was the perfect house for all seven of us including an infant. The house is clean, comfortable, spacious and everything we needed was there. Relaxing on the great decks & enjoying the ocean view was sublime. Thank you, Jody, for providing the porta-crib for our grandson. The washer & dryer came in handy for the children's clothing & towels. We were glad we decided to make a week of it and enjoy the lovely beaches, Santa Cruz boardwalk & redwood forests. What a great family vacation house!

  What a lovely home. It was a treat for us to stay there and enjoy our surroundings, indoor and out.

  We stayed here as a suprise birthday for my father in law. Upon arrival we were in awe, the pictures don't do this house justice. We had an amazing stay in a clean and updated home. The beach is maybe 2 min away by car. Thanks for the great stay. Working in figuring out when we can come back.

  This is a beautiful home with amazing views and every amenity. We could not have found a warmer, more inviting place to enjoy Thanksgiving together. We hope to be back, and we thank Jody and family!

  We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The arrangement of the home was just great with the master bedroom upstairs and the other sleeping accommodations downstairs. Made for great privacy. The living area is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to function in. Great views!!! Steep driveway!!! We were a party of 6 and would have liked to have had additional chairs on the upper deck as we used this area more than the lower deck. We had picture perfect weather. Enjoyed several walks to the beach. Wish we would have had more time.

  My friends and I needed a place to stay near Capitola as we were participating in a triathlon on Sat. And we were lucky enough to find this place. The house is as gorgeous in person as it is in pictures. The views are breath taking. We enjoyed the house so much, we stayed in Friday and Saturdays nights and used the grill and outdoor dining area to create the greatest beach view restaurant in the area! The bedrooms were large and comfortable...I will definitely rent this house again and recommend it highly.

  We would have liked to stay the third day we were originally told was available. Two days was a little short for us. However, we liked the house a lot. There were three generations of us, three adult couples and a two year old. We fit comfortably.

  The view is absolutly fantastic, 2 decks to enjoy the weather, modern kitchen, the house is well maintained. I would recommend this property to almost anyone.The local resturants that are recomended were of 5 star quality.

  As far as the location on this Aptos home, it's one of the best. The balconies, bedrooms, plus the living room, all have an ocean view that is breath taking. We had 8 people in this house with room to spare, and let me just say, there was plenty of room. The kitchen is in close proximity to everything a chef needs, which I liked best. In the evenings after a day on the beach, and a few nice rib eye steaks sizzling on the BBQ, life didn't get any better. When going to the local super market to get a few forgottens, it was only minutes away. For a quit relaxing view, for day time and evenings, this is the place to stay. As a valley resident, my family has been coming to Aptos for over 25+ years, my wifes, over 50 years. This is a must see and do location. You won't be disappointed.
