The Cape View offers an amazing view of the Cape Romain Wildlife Refuge and it’s lighthouses as well as offering boaters quick access to the best fishing waters and cleanest beaches of South Carolina. The house has an inviting living room and dining room that over look the water as well as a screened porch that runs the entire length of the home with plenty of seating for everyone.
There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor that all include queen beds and the 2nd floor of the home has a landing area with a two single beds and a room at the end of the hall with two more single beds as well as a bathroom.
The house is located in McClellanville’s Historic District at the end of Pinckney Street and is conveniant to the downtown restaurants and shops and the boat landing right around the corner.
