Relax on the 2 level deck overlooking the Pedernales River. You'll have access to a private boat dock and a neighborhood boat ramp to launch your boat. (ramp is usable if lake level is above 640') A key will be available to access boat ramp. You'll find the best water conditions in Texas for wakeboarding, waterskiing, and fishing. While you may never want to leave the Pedernales River, you can travel by boat to Lake Travis 1 mile from this location.
This house has a seperate lower level game room with a futon, full bath, bumper pool, TV, PS2 game system, and outside deck great for those needing seperate private area.
2 flat screen TV's w/DVD located in the Living Area and the Master Bedroom.
2 Bedrooms have a queen size bed with pillow top mattresses. 1 Bedroom has full/twin bunkbed. The Living Room has 2 Lazyboy
Reclining Sofas great for relaxing.

the property was perfect, well maintained, up to date, cozy, and quiet. Couldn't ask for much more. I will be going back in the near future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

It was a very nice and relaxing place. Everything was clean and beautiful. The view was very nice and relaxing. They had everything that we needed at the house. We brought lots of food and used the grills. We loved it and hope to go again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was my second year to stay at this home. 3 bedrooms + gameroom gave four adult couples their own space and adequate room for everyone. Even with lake levels at 639, still had plenty of water to access the boat dock which was also fun for fishing. Being on the perdenales is perfect to get away from the traffic at the opposite end of the lake. Even on a busy holiday week, it felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Very quiet and great for watersports on the lake. Only downside was requirement to rent for the entire week for the holiday. Wifi would have been nice to be albe to work from the house and get a couple extra days of use. Had to rent for a couple days that I did not get to use.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: I have lived in Central Texas all my life and have been a boater/waterskier most of my life. There is not a lake or river I have not visited in this area. I have found the Pedernales River near Lake Travis to be the best water conditions by far. There's always a place to get out of the wind and find smooth water.
