  I can not wait to return to Highland Manor! We stayed at the house for a corporate getaway and it was set up perfectly. We had people who wanted to ski and some who didn't. There were enough activities for the whole group and some of us didn't even leave the house. I would highly recommend the house. Each room felt like it's own little getaway. Everyone on the team is already talking about our return trip to Highland Manor.

  I have been vacationing in Deep Creek for over 5 years with the same group of 13 or so and I must say that this house rates up there as our favorite. The house was located within minutes of the slopes. The heated indoor pool was amazing. The layout of the house was exactly what we wanted. We loved the open layout of the kitchen and main living room. The rec room with the foosball table and small bar area was an added bonus. The open large kitchen table and large wrap around sofa in the living room allowed for all of us to hang out together. The house has 6 master suites and all of the rooms were very comfortable. No one has any complaints, it is one of the best in Deep Creek. Cozy, relaxing and it has a large amount of amenities.

  Fabulous place! We rented for a ski vacation at Wisp this December and loved the house! We were 16 people all together but the house seemed quiet and calm because of the fantastic layout. Lots of space and different areas for all folks to hang out in small groups but the top floor with the huge fireplace in the great room with a pool table was certianly the favorite! We went skiing all day (the resort and lake are super close!) then we came home and enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub! The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. We cooked a fabulous dinner each night for the clan and the two ovens and two dishwashers were so helpful. The property is extremely clean and well appointed with wonderful furnishings. The owner and the realty staff could not have been more helpful! This is a terrific property and we are already talking about booking this property for the summer to enjoy the lake! This house is it is really wonderful!

  23 members of our family all gathered for the weekend at this most amazing, comfortable, inviting home. Of the 23 members, was my 84 year old Mom who took walks with us to Swallow Falls, and to the overlook by the refuse area, and swam in the pool, and joined us in the hot tub. There was a room for all the adults and a bed for all the kids. Bathrooms were plentyful, so with all the people, we didn't have to fight over who gets their shower next! The kitchen was awesome We had an early Thanksgiving style dinner, so you can imagine all the women in the kitchen cooking their portion of the meal. Never a problem, plenty of room with 2 full refigerators, 2 ovens, 2 waste bins, 2 dishwashers, and that's just the kitchen upstairs! There's another smaller kitchen downstairs. I could go on and on, but I think those of you reading this review gets the idea...it's a great place to book, so just do it! :-) Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home for the weekend, and a life-long memorable experience with the family, and my amazing Mom.

  Had a great time at the Highland Manor! Beautiful home and great location! Indoor pool was neat and the hot tub was a great surprise! Only downfall was that we we're only there for a weekend!

  This house is awesome, the layout is out of this world and the location is heaven with all of the deer and turkeys everywhere. everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool and the dinning and seating was great for everyone to sit together. item for notes: bring charcaol for the outdoor grille. we had 8 familys with a total of 20 in all and the house never seemed crowed the least bit. this is a for sure place for us next time we need to get away and speed time with our familys. 1 word to describe it all___ FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!

  I am not one for "camping" so I was very excited when my husband's family booked a weekend in this amazing house! I had the experience of "camping" without actually having to rough it at all. :-)

  My family had a great weekend at Highland Manor!!! The place is huge and the pool was a lot of fun for the kids. The great room was much larger than we expected and having double appliances for cooking was a bonus. The house is situated close to Wisp and there was plenty of parking for everyone!!! All the bedrooms are updated and very clean! We took a fire pit for the evenings and there was no gas grill, but there was a large charcoal grill. Overall, the weekend was perfect and we will definitely be renting this place again!!
