All of this is within Northstar and fully accessible via Northstar’s shuttle transportation, which will pick you up at your door and take you to your destination.
Just ten minutes to Lake Tahoe, ten minutes to Truckee, 20 minutes to casinos at Stateline Nevada and Incline, convenient to Squaw and Alpine ski areas. Full resort amenities are included in rental including access to the fitness center, swimming pools, and tennis courts.

Year Purchased: 1998
We are a family of four and live in the Bay Area. Northstar is our getaway for fantastic skiing in the winter. The summers are incomparable, and we spend a lot of time hiking, swimming and kayaking on Lake Tahoe.
Why the Owner Chose Northstar
We bought our house in Northstar because it simply is one of the best ski resorts in the Tahoe area. But we've also discovered over the years that summer in the Lake Tahoe area is equally amazing--the lake, the mountains, warm days, cool nights. And Northstar offers so much to do on the mountain and in the village that it really is a perfect place to relax and have fun!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Door to door shuttle to the Village and ski slopes, fantastic village with ice skating, outdoor fires and great ambiance, and just a short drive to the lake. In the summer, a beautiful 18-hole golf course right across the street and one of the few resorts that will take your mountain bike to the top of the hill on a ski lift for a thrilling ride down!

We had a fantastic time. The snow was incredible and your house was perfect for us. It was crowded on the mountain, as expected during the Christmas holiday, but we got there early everyday and skied before the crowds showed up. We would definitely like to rent from you again in the future, if that's OK. Thanks for everything.
