Flamingo Del Mar is a unique landmark home that comfortably sleeps up to 4-adult guests. Gaze out the living room, dining area or kitchen window as well as both bedrooms for an unsurpassed view of several of the Pleasure Point famous surfing areas and all the way to Monterey. It's located on the corner of East Cliff & 33rd Avenue it is a perfect oceanside home. Enjoy the Santa Cruz decor with many authentic old Santa Cruz knick-knacks. Don't miss this view with nothing between you & the water except a one-way road.
The master bedroom also has a fabulous view of the Monterey Bay & the stars at night with a Queen bed and a flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has some fun original paintings & a Queen bed with ocean view!
The large microfiber sectional couch in the living room overlooks the ocean and has a large 27' flat screen TV. This home is very special & has been loved by the owner's family & friends exclusively until now! Several lawn chairs & beach chairs are stored in the garage with 4 boogies boards. New linens and bath towels provided.
Enjoy cooking from the ocean view fully equipped kitchen with a 2 person oak table overlooking the ocean. The dining room is just off the living area and features seating for 6 at an ocean view table.
There is a large grassy front yard & private enclosed back patio with a hot tub and outdoor dining area (seats 4) with a gas BBQ. Walk alongside the ocean to the top of the 35th Avenue stairs and down onto the beach. There are benches to sit all along East Cliff to watch early morning surfers and the ocean views. This is a wonderful home to bring bicycles and bike along East Cliff Drive.
Capitola is a 3-minute drive away or a short and mostly level walk or bike ride on the bike path. In Capitola enjoy outdoor beach-front dining, music, shopping or an ice cream on a hot day! Monterey is 40 minutes away and downtown Santa Cruz Boardwalk/Wharf is 7 minutes away by car.
