My husband and I along with our 2 sons age 15 and 7 stayed at Marilyn's(great hostess) beach house and found it was just perfect for us. Very well appointed, just like in the pictures. The rooms were bright, breezy and clean. Included everything you need for your stay.We loved fishing right at the end of the block. Outside shower was great. Saw dolphins, climbed the lighthouse at Barnegat, went to the beach everyday and of course Fantasy Island. Soooo relaxing!!!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

When we rolled over the causeway we could not stop smiling., The home was cool clean and bright. After a short stroll to the bay we soaked up a gorgeous sunset with a lovely chardonay. For dinner wwe walked about 2 blcoks and found a great local pizza parlor. During our meal some locals started belting out some awsome songs. What a great spontaneous experience! Over the week we spent hours on the be ach and in the waves, This place has the best body surfing any where. Had a relaxing fun time. Just too brief. We will be back.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: We can't get enough of all the activities LBI has to offer. We especially love to fish from our boat, crab and clam........Nothing beats getting together with all of the friends we've made on the Island.

We've been going to the Island since the 70's, took a season rental every year for five years and bought the house from our landlord
