We very much enjoyed the unit. It is modern, has a nice view, and is spacious. It was well furnished, and I appreciated that there were towels, paper towels, trash bags, soap, laundry soap, good washer/dryer, coffee and a coffee maker! My three concerns are as follows: 1. The shower in the master bedroom leaks lots of water, even when properly closed. 2. The screen on the door of the master bedroom constantly falls off the tracks, and at night, that is a problem, as an open screen permits the geckos to enter. 3. There are roaches, but that may be difficult to control, given that it is a ground floor unit in the tropics.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and well maintained. It has anything one might need on vacation. We loved watching the sunrise over the ocean from the porch. All of the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming, and the pool and hot tub are divine!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This was a spur of the minute "Mini" vacation from Kona. John called me right away and we made the arrangements. We arrived to a beautiful condo on the golf course. The condo had more than we needed, all the conforts of home. I would recommend this to anyone. Had a wonderful time and would certainly do it again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.
