Our family wanted a quiet, relaxing week at the beach and this was it. The unit was as described and the owner was more than accommodating. A second floor unit, the balcony offered both covered and uncovered areas for eating or sunbathing. The unit was spacious with enough room for us and our 21 year old "kids". The unit had all the amenities; full kitchen, washer/dryer. There was plenty of pantry storage and the kitchen was fairly well stocked, although we could have used a cutting board and toaster, but these were no big deal. Ocean Isle provides wide beaches and comparitive lack of commercialization, especially on the west end of the island, where this unit is located. Everything you need is close by, just at or over the bridge (c-stores, beach ware, new Lowes grocery store). It's a short drive to Shalotte (6 miles) and Myrtle Beach for shopping excursions.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I loved this beautiful condo at the beach. It had all the comforts of home with the convenience of being right at the ocean front and also near a lovely pool Our week was wonderful with great weather and fun places to explore. Two of our favorite restaurants were Sharkeys and Sugar Shack(we needed reservations)Our condo was very clean and well equipped and well maintained. We thank Robyn and Jim for sharing their "little piece of heaven on earth with us" My family and I will be looking forward to coming back here next summerRecommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
