  This was the best condo I have been in and we have traveled a lot and have been to many different condos. The location could not have been better! Condo was super clean... And just the right size for my husband and I. If we ever visit Seattle-Tacoma area again we will stay at this condo for sure.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  I and my three daughters loved our short stay at this apartment. The location is EXCELLENT, it is beautifully furnished and well-equipped (even better than the photos online suggest). The owners were very responsive when I had a problem with the wifi (which turned out to be my error in the end), helpful and communicative throughout the entire experience. I have already reccommended this property to relatives and hope to stay there every time we visit my sister in Seattle. There is nothing less than laudable to say about this place! LOVED it!

  We lucked out on this one. The location was perfect for easy bus or walking access to downtown museums and site seeing. I was comfortable letting our teen wander off to explore on his own. We really enjoyed walking around in the neighborhood, looking at the beautiful homes and running in Volunteer park. The apartment was quiet, clean, had a well stocked kitchen and a grocery 2 blocks away. We found the price to be reasonable and plan to return in the future.

  My husband and I stay for two months and had a great time. It's very well decorated just how we would do it. We currently rent a lot as we work on cruise ships, so having a "home feeling" is what we look for and we found it here. We loved that the parking was included and the size of the apartment was perfect for us and even some small get togethers with friends. Mark was very attentive and friendly. If we had any issues he was right on top of it. We would greatly recommend this location to anyone. We loved that all the resturants and bars were within walking distance from the apartment and an easy bus right to downtown so we could save on downtown parking! :) We loved it and hope to be back again.

  Arriving in Seattle it was wet & cold. Arriving at the apartment was so inviting - lights were on along with heating. It felt just like walking into our home. Stayed with my wife & 14yo son, who continually referred to the apartment as home it was so comfortable. Mark & Stephen were very helpful during the booking process & in all communications were very detailed. They were also very accommodating in letting us check in early & provide us with a car parking space to meet our travel plans (from Australia). Inside the apartment was a book with detailed instructions on operation of all appliances; local guides; transport details & recommendations for eats/drinks locally. It was very easy getting around here, be it locally or downtown Seattle, with public transport within walking distance. On the next street, there was a fantastic variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery & pharmacy stores - all excellent & an easy walk. The neighbourhood was very quiet & picturesque & we felt totally safe walking around here at any time of day or night. The apartment complex itself was also very quiet & didn't even here anything from other apartments. Te bed was extremely comfortable & sleep came easy. Our son slept of the sofa bed which was also large & comfortable. Large screen TV, WiFi, all appliances; cutlery; crockery; etc supplied - even supplies of food, spices, etc in the kitchen. You could basically walk in here with nothing & live comfortably so much was supplied. Being ground floor apartments was a further bonus, especially with luggage. Excellent value for money. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough & the professionalism & courtesy of communication with Mark & Stephen. Should we ever get back to Seattle, we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

  My girlfriend and I celebrated our one year anniversary here and it was PERFECT! Stephen, the property manager and owner was extremely accommodating and very flexible with my specific needs. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a clean, modern and comfy night away.

  My partner and I stayed in this lovely condo for two nights. The location is perfect for walking around Capitol Hill or accessing downtown Seattle quickly. We were grateful for the assigned parking space, which made it easy to park and leave the car, if you're traveling without a car the public transit routes are very accessible and easy to use as well (the owners even left detailed transit maps and information). The condo was completely updated with high-end furnishings, I would love to have the owners decorate my home!! The bed was extremely comfortable with amazingly soft sheets, it's hard to have a good night's sleep away from home but not at this condo!! Every detail was thought-out including information on sightseeing, a fully furnished kitchen, high speed internet, huge tv with tons of channels available, and very comfortable furniture. We would definitely stay here again and we have already recommended this condo to our friends and family. Additionally, the owners are excellent in communicating prior to your arrival and during our stay we had one issue that we needed assistance with and they fixed the problem within minutes of us contacting them. Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful and restful place for our vacation!

  Everything was exactly as advertised and more. Pretty much everything you need for an extended stay is here. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants and stores with a bit longer walk to everything Broadway has to offer. Be sure to get the parking place. Volunteer Park is an easy walk away and you will enjoy the grand mansions if you stroll a bit deeper. Thank you for a great stay.

  This apartment was everything we expected and more! The place was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. It was convenient to most bus stops and had some great places to eat and get coffee, right within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable; the towels and linens were luxurious! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanted to have a "neighborhood" experience on their trip. It was nice to get away from the noise of the city each day, back to "our place".

  My family and I needed a place to stay for a long weekend to attend a wedding and sightsee some in the Seattle area. This apartment is wonderfully appointed with everything to make you feel at home. Everything is clean and well kept- even fresh flowers on the table. The location is within walking distance of restaurants and a food shopping store QFC -great store. There were a couple of parks nearby and the neighborhood was very safe and easy to walk around. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this rental to anyone looking for more than a hotel room!
