The building is located on a quiet residential street on North Capitol Hill only two blocks south of the renowned Olmstead-designed Volunteer Park with its beautiful green-space, art museum, and conservatory. The building shares this desirable neighborhood with million dollar mansions yet is conveniently located just blocks from restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and grocery stores on Broadway and 15th Avenues. Our Walkscore is 91% which means that the very best of Seattle is at your doorstep. Within a few blocks you can access frequent and convenient bus service to Downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, Seattle Center Space Needle, Pike-Pine Urban Corridor, International District, Seattle University, University of Washington, and other tourist destinations.

The remodeled kitchen offers quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher) and is well-stocked with cookery, dishes, spices, coffee & tea. A washer/dryer and cleaning supplies are conveniently located in the apartment. The bedroom has a king size bed with a high-quality memory foam mattress, 400 thread count sheets, down comforter, spacious closet and full-length mirror. The updated bathroom has a full size tub and shower, plenty of plush towels, shampoo, hair dryer and an iron. Each apartment has off-street parking available upon request. The apartment can accommodate 4 people but you may reserve all three of our apartments in this building for larger groups of up to 12 people (see VRBO #s 470399 and 470401 for our other one bedroom apartments).
