Our beach front condo is located on the Top floor of the Gardens Building in Seapointe Village and has spectacular views of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoy the sound of the waves with 1110 square feet of living space, this two bedroom unit comfortably accommodates 6 people.
Seapointe Village is a family and couple-oriented OCEAN FRONT RESORT situated on a PRIVATE BEACH in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, New Jersey just across the bridge from Victorian CAPE MAY. Seapointe Village is an exclusive, gated community set on 17 acres of beautifully landscaped and maintained ocean front property with a privately owned beach. 24 hour security is provided and Seapointe Village offers many features to make you feel like you are vacationing at a resort including 4 pools, 6 hot tubs, toddler pools, children's playground, tennis courts, basketball court, a health and fitness center and a Beach Grill that also provides service to the pool areas. In addition to the hot tubs near each pool, there are also BBQ grills for your use. The beach is just steps away from the building as you follow the wooden path through the dunes to the sandy beach.
Each pool is a unique setting with some kiddie and toddler areas, quiet places for adults and attractive features including a waterfall at the large beach side pool. All pool facilities are open from May-October.
Seapointe Village is just minutes from the Wildwood Boardwalk, the Convention Center and many water activities. Just south of Seapoint Village is the bridge leading to Cape May.
In the Living Room, sliding doors lead to the balcony where you can enjoy the ocean while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails or just sit and enjoy a book. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper. And the flat screen TV with many cable channels and a Blue-Ray DVD player is a great place for the family to gather.
The Dining Room seats 6 people and the eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for your family unless you prefer to avoid the kitchen and visit any of the many restaurants in the surrounding area.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen-Size bed and a small sitting area. A spacious master bath with a tub is located within the Master Suite. There is a private sliding door leading to the ocean view balcony. This room has its own TV with many cable channels and DVD player.
The second bedroom has twin beds and also has sliding door leading to the ocean view balcony. The second bathroom is right outside the bedroom.
Linens and towels are provided. The condo has its own laundry room with a large washer and dryer.

This is a wonderful condo and community with amenities and beachfront. Brillian sand and warm water. We were thrilled to be here each day. The unit has everything you could think of in order to live really well, and the location is fabulous-- go south to Cape May or north to the Wildwoods. Personnel are friendly and dependable. Hence we post the highest rating.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities.

This was our first time staying at Seapointe Village and we will definitely be back next year. We booked our trip a week before arriving, and the owner was extremely accomodating throughout the entire process. As soon as we entered the property we were pleasantly greeted by some of the most beautiful landscaping we had ever seen. We loved the underground parking and it was no big deal to have to leave beach gear in the vehicle. It was actually more convenient than lugging it back to the room! The condo was clean, bright and welcoming. It is centrally located, with easy access to the pools and just a short walk to the beach. Our two year old walked eveywhere without a complaint! The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many terrific meals throughout the week. We have a two year old son and I'm not sure we could have picked a more perfect vacation spot. Not only was the condo "kid friendly", but Seapointe Village was as well. We spent out days bouncing between the many pools and the beach. Our nights consisted of playing at the playground, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, viewing fireworks from the beach and exploring Wildwood and Cape May. We hope to return next year along with other family members and friends! Thank you Andy for helping make our stay so pleasant!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities.
