The two bedroom and one bath Wailea Sunset Bungalow is a deluxe cottage with outdoor hot tub spa and air conditioning, nestled between two sandy swimming beaches on the ocean near Polo Beach, and immediately adjacent to Wailea Resort and the Fairmont Kealani Resort and Polo Beach Club Condominium.
Guests of the Bungalow may enjoy their own private hot tub under the stars with perfect privacy and views of the waves breaking along the shoreline illuminated by spot lights.
The Bungalow has a gated entry, quality bed & bath linens, high speed wireless internet access, air conditioning in both bedrooms, large comfortable living room, indoor and outdoor dining, additional outdoor hot and cold shower, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, three televisions, DVD, CD, VCR, Fax, Safe, answering machine, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, and every possible amenity to provide you with life long memories of a sea-side holiday from heaven!
One bathroom is conveniently placed between the two bedrooms, and the spacious living/dining room has floor to ceiling glass windows which allow you to relax in your cottage and gaze directly out into an expansive blue ocean. Nothing but your hammock, hot tub and a sprawling manicured grass lawn come between your cottage and the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean.
Stroll just one block to sandy swimming beaches or swim and snorkel directly from the property. The Kea Lani Resort, Cafe Ciao deli, Four Seasons Resort and swanky restaurants are several easy blocks away. Grab a pizza or fresh pastries and dine leisurely and with privacy on the ocean front deck.

The 2 bedroom and 1 bath Bungalow has an outdoor hot tub spa, air conditioning in all rooms, iPod dock, multiple televisions, high speed wireless internet access, and best of all, a simply priceless location nestled between 2 sandy swimming beaches immediately adjacent to Wailea Resort.

IMPORTANT: Construction of a new home has commenced on a vacant lot which is near the Wailea Sunset Bungalow. One other large house on a one acre strip separates the Bungalow from the construction site. Therefore, we are advising customers that construction activity could possibly be visible or audible at any time without advance notice. Our current rates reflect considerable consideration for any possible inconvenience. This construction project is expected to continue well into mid-2010.

When we drove in the driveway - it felt like we were coming home. Our second stay here was just as nice as before and we hope to come back again. WSB is an enchanting, laid-back oasis. This is our 1st visit to Hawaii and now that I've seen the other spots I considered, I am SO HAPPY we decided on WSB. I researched a lot, and it paid off!!! My daughter and I had a wonderful time here in Wailea! We came to plan Mischa's wedding that will be next year at the Fairmont right down the street. The bungalow is perfect and was a very restful spot for us. Many fond memories of sunsets and fabulous restaurants nearby too. Novato CA. 09/09

We snorkeled every morning, surfed right out front, kite-boarding and came back each night to your home which felt like home. "What you see is what you get". Very well represented. Overwhelmingly good service. Paradise, great value for money, unique location, would not want to stay in a hotel any more. This place is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed our time here. It is quiet, very close to the beach and had everything we could want. (Washer and dryer, outside shower, Jacuzzi, etc.). We are off to Kaua`i, but I doubt our stay there will be as wonderful.
