Why the Owner Chose Brian Head
I chose to buy this specific condo because of its close proximity to the beginner ski run, views of the ski run, elegant wood appointment throughout, and floor plan suitable for large groups with plenty of sound isolation between bedrooms and between the living space and the basement game room.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Mac's Retreat is one of the few condos in Brian Head that is large enough for two families of 4 to split the costs, while being close enough to the ski slope for even novice skiers and children to get on and off the slopes with ease.
Located in Snowshoe Village, adjacent to the Navajo Ski Lodge and Pioneer Ski Run.
A short trail through the trees provides easy access to the slopes.
Just ski down the hill from the condo to the ski lift or ski school. To return to the condo, take the lift up and ski down to the trail which leads to the condo parking lot.

This was a great condo for families. The best was grandma (who didn't ski) was able to watch the kids from the balcony without having to leave the condo. We walked across the street and skied to the lodge. When we wanted a break we just skied back to the path and walked back to condo. Plenty of room. Loved staying here.

We stayed at Mac's Retreat in December 2010. It was the perfect location, just a few steps from the slope. The condo is nice and very comfortable. We would stay there again.

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay and ski last minute -- we wanted to teach our 4- and 6-year olds how to ski for the first time. This condo was right on the resort and was perfect -- it enabled us to take our kids out for a few hours at a time and return to the condo without hassle when the kids got tired. Having three separate floors (main, 2nd, basement) was nice too to allow for our baby to sleep peacefully without the noise from our other kids. Having the two free ski passes was the clincher for us -- being able to ski for free for two days was what got us to leave Salt Lake and stay at Brian Head. Thanks Larry for a great stay -- see you again next year!

This was the right place for our group consisting of teenagers and adults, and both beginning and experienced snowboarders. This is an absolute ski in/out location, just 200 yards from the lift and Navajo lodge for beginners, really. The experienced boaders had no problems getting to the blue and black runs, too. The unit is really spacious with enough beds and privacy for everyone in our group. The living and dining areas were well appointed and comfortable beyond our expectations. You will not be disappointed coming here for a long vacation.

Loved your place. This is the perfect place for two families of four. We also loved the ski in/out location (great for coming in for a lunch break!). We'll definitely be back.

We have been renting for six years. We've never been disappointed. The location is terrific-ski in/out. There is lots of room. The management clears the driveways and walks and are highly responsive in solving any problems. The owner answers his cell phone and always keeps his word. Highly recommended.
