South Seas is a new luxury island tropical home with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is only a short 3 minute stroll to the Gulf beach. There are limited views of the bright blue Gulf of Mexico waters from multiple balconies. The heated pool features a deluxe hot tub and the over-sized lanai with dinning table, flat screen HD TV, ping-pong table and dart board.
Maybe the most outstanding feature of South Seas might just be the resort style water-slide that starts off the balcony and slings-shots right down into the pool. You won't find a faster slide on the island! (Slide rules must be strictly followed).
There are 3 Master suites, all with King beds and private bathrooms. Two are on the 2nd level and one is on the third level. The third level master suite has a private balcony with view of the Gulf of Mexico. The other bedrooms feature a King bed, two twin beds and a twin over full bunk bed with pull out trundle. It will sleep a total of 14 in beds and 16 total.
The home has all the amenities including travertine marble floors, fine tiles, custom fixtures and cabinets, fine linens and a fully stocked kitchen. Come see for yourself this outstanding vacation destination!
