This gorgeous, newly remodeled 5 bedroom/5 bath home is just two miles from Breckenridge and 5 minutes from the slopes! You get the best of both worlds as this home is outside of the city limits in a private setting but convenient city living is just a few minutes away. With a large, open living/dining room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, you will find it perfect for your family getaway. Every bedroom has a private bath with heated tile floors. There are many additional ammenities including a spacious deck, hot tub, mountain views, 2 car garage, and private fishing and boating rights on Goose Pasture Tarn.
We recently renovated this home, and it is brand-new from top to bottom. All bathrooms have been redone with gorgeous tile, heated floors and granite countertops. We have new, updated lighting throughout the home. You will love the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, gas cooktop, granite, and new cabinets. We also installed hardwood floors on the entire main level. You will love the kids' room with a large, flatscreen TV in the basement so that there is an additional place for the kids to hang out. We are also in the process of adding a mudroom. Next spring we will add a larger deck, and we will redo the exterior of the home. We hope you will choose to spend your vacation relaxing in our mountain home!

We had a wonderful vacation at this awesome house. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was beautifully remodeled with above average finishes. Out party of 15 (9 adults and 6 kids) had a fantastic trip to Breck! The location of the house was great, close to Peak 9 without being in all the traffic. The kids loved the hill behind the house for sledding and that they had their own space downstairs. The adults loved the hot tub and that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The only cons we had were the pillows - everyone thought they were uncomfortable - and the hot water that seemed to run out pretty quickly. The whole process of booking, paying and checking into the house was very easy. We would stay at this house again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed at this home for three nights in February. There were four families (four adult couples and children) that stayed, and we had plenty of room! There was a bedroom with a king or queen size bed for each adult couple, and the kids loved the bunk room downstairs. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out, and everything has been beautifully remodeled. The adults enjoyed using the living room and large flat screen TV upstairs, while the kids claimed their own TV in their own area downstairs. It was the perfect set up! We also all enjoyed having our own bathroom off each bedroom. There were plenty of towels, plenty of toilet paper, and anything else we might have needed. We had several favorite amenities of this home. We loved the hot tub right outside the door—it was so much fun to sit in the hot tub while it was snowing outside! It was hot and ready to go when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking all of our meals for our entire group at the house. With a nice, large table and bar stools at the island, there was plenty of room for everyone to sit. There was plenty of dinnerware and silverware for everyone as well. There are two washers and dryers in the home, which was perfect when we needed to dry snow gear. This home is close to Breckenridge and very easy to find, while being slightly out of town offers more privacy and quiet. The guys were quickly able to navigate to the ski slopes, and the kids enjoyed some sledding right out the front door! Traci was wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions and was very accommodating when we asked to check in early. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of gorgeous space outside the house, an abundance of sleeping space, and a nice open kitchen with all of the amenities. Proximity to downtown Breck was perfect. I highly recommend the early AM hot tup soak. Would definitely recommend this house to large groups (>8 people).Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great vacation in Breckenridge. We loved the house. Pretty much everything was new. It was beautifully remodeled and decorated. The location was very close to Breckenridge, about five minutes, but it was also a little bit out of town which we liked. The owners were easy to deal with, and take care of everything we needed.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Please note there is a 2.5% processing fee if you use a credit card that will be taken out of your deposit. There is no charge when using Echeck. The following will result in loss of deposit: a.No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. Any evidence of smoking in the unit will result in the loss of the full deposit. b.All trash is placed in dumpster (and if staying on a Monday, taken out to street) and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Failure to do so will result in a $25 deduction from your deposit. c.Four loads of towels are started prior to departure (one in both washers, one in both dryers). Failure to do so will result in a $25 deduction from your deposit. d.All keys are returned to lockbox and home is left locked. Lost keys will result in a $50 deduction from your deposit. e.All windows are closed and locked. f.No linens are lost or damaged. g.NO early check-in or late checkout (unless previously arranged). h.The renter is not evicted by the owner or law enforcement. i.No broken glass in hot tub. Broken glass in hot tub will result in full loss of deposit. CANCELLATIONS- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made sixty (60) to 90 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit half of their advance payment. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty and receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment (50% of the full payment). The damage/reservation deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
