Palm trees abound on this property with your own patio area, grill and outside shower for your use! There is a hammock to enjoy under the shade of a palm and tons of peace of mind in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore!
Patio porch is equipped with a BBQ & sitting area.
Awesome restaurants are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners (voted best on the beaches for years!) gourmet deli with freshly caught fish, marinated meets, steaks, rubs for fish, poultry and veggies! It is the perfect place for groceries and its only blocks away- great for BBQ items or a quick snack.

My husband & I have stayed at Pass a grille for 2 years. It is a fabulous place. Lots of things to do there and everything is close. Beach is beautiful and there are lots of restaurants & music. Our place was very neat and clean. Lisa is wonderful to work with and very accomodating. We are returning next year as we love it there!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Wife and I just returned from a week in Pass-a-Grille and stayed here at Lisa's place. Could not have been better! Literally one block from the beach and just a couple of blocks from center of the majority of Pass-a-Grille's restaurants and night life. Lisa provided bikes and beach chairs and umbrella which were most appreciated. The place was as clean as could be and very comfortable. Great place to ride bikes. Recommend the Sea Horse for breakfast or lunch, Sea Critters and the Brass Monkey for dinner - all within easy walking distance. Also, recommend the trip of only five or six miles to city of St. Petersburg to see the Pier, St. Petersburg History and Dali Museums, and the Ale and the Witch which has numerous beers on tap. Great vacation!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My husband and I just experienced the most wonderfully relaxing stay in Pass-a-grille at the beach house. Everything was perfect and so clean and comfortable that we felt at home right away. Very tranquil surroundings. It was a pleasure to be able to walk right out your door and be at the beach, coffee in hand, in one minute. Local restaurants and shops were great but it was easy to eat some meals in. Somehow we got addicted to collecting shells too! We were very sad to leave and can't wait to return next year! This was our second vacation rental of Lisa's that we were fortunate to stay in. The apartment is laid out nicely and had absolutley everything we needed. When we first arrived it was like walking into a familiar, comfortable, cheery apartment and we felt very much at home. It is amazing to be able to walk 200 steps one way to watch the sunrise over the bay or walk 200 steps the other way to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors we met were great. We hope to be going back to Pass A Grille next year and staying in this apartment again. What a nice vacation, thank you so much Lisa for another great experience.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My daughter and I stayed in the property in August. It was our first time in Pass-a-Grille, and I would definitely recommend it, as well as the property. It was the perfect size for 2, and even though it was blazing hot outside, it was very comfortable inside. The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed. We also were close to everything. We did drive to Shaner's, Sea Critters, and Gennaro's (all of which I recommend) because it was August. Had it been January, it would have been a pleasant walk. Lisa was very responsive during our stay. One night, when asking how to turn on a light, I mentioned that the DVD remote didn't have any batteries, but that it was fine because I had extra. The next morning, there were new batteries on the doorstep. We happened to walk by the downstairs unit while she was cleaning it, and she showed us around. Just like our unit, it was very clean, beachy, and comfortable. We used Pass-a-Grille as a base to visit the Clearwater Aquarium, Tampa Zoo, and kayaking in Fort De Soto State Park--all perfect for my 7-year-old. It's great to leave Tampa and St. Pete's Beach for the quiet of Pass-a-Grille.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My wife and I had a great time. This is mostly residential and secluded from the commercial traffic. Beachhouse is small, but clean, updated and close to the beach, bay and nice restaurants. I would not advise more than two adults and two small children.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

My family and I went on a long anticipated vacation to Florida. We were looking for something with a relaxing, laid back atmosphere. Very fortunate to find Lisa and her property. The property was wonderful! Very cute, comfortable and functional. The walk to the beach was less than one minute. We thoroughly enjoyed the bikes provided, and our morning bike rides to tour the town and talk to locals and tourist provided us with many positive experiences. Lisa is great to work with. She is very pleasant and accomodating. We are planning a trip back next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This is the third of Lisa's rentals that we have been fortunate enough to enjoy. At each rental, Lisa has taken detailed care that everything you need is provided. This property was steps away from the beach as well as a quiet evening bayside watching dolphins and pelicans play and boats passing by. The area resturants are superb. No need to leave PAG for anything other than to explore Fort DeSoto. This Place felt just like being home. Beautiful decor, less than 2 minutes walking to the beach, restaurants within walking distance, beautiful area. Its a beautiful condo, we highly recommend it. We met Lisa the owners, very nice person. We plan on going back at least once a year. We would life there year round. No complaints what so ever, great place to stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

About the owner: Greetings! I am work and teach at a local college and have years of experience working in Industrial Psychology and HR in NYC and CT. I grew up in PAG (pass a grille) and love it so much that I had to move back to FL. I take pride in decorating and trying to make the house perfect for you. I have hand selected all the items in the house and hope you enjoy the tasteful decorating and smooth layout!

Breakfast nooks. like the Seahorse Restaurant, are enticing and quaint and only blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th Ave, one of the smallest shopping streets in the US, and are made for strolling along. Pass a Grille Beach is mostly a residential and very quiet beach. It is perfect for a life made for walking, rollerblading, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolly can take you to wherever you want to go.. or you can just stay, enjoy the Sea Spray, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Enjoy the local craftsman shop, Nancy Markoe Gallery, for local pottery or jewelry to take home. Above all enjoy the sunset and the sunrise as on a peninsula water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.
