  Our family enjoyed our stay at the villa. This was our first trip down and felt right at home. Location was central, very clean and spacious. There was ample information provided on bike rentals, restaurant information, where to get groceries, beach location, etc to make our stay comforting. Our family rated this a 2 thumbs up and would stay here again. Awesome memories.....Thank you for everything!!!!!

  Oh my what a gem! Entering the condo the feel of Southern hospitality comes through. The home is thoughtfully cared for with many personal touches in the décor. Cooking is a breeze in the well stocked redone kitchen with new floor and appliances. The Idyllic corner unit has a wall of windows which open onto the patio. One of my favorite enjoyments of the week was reading on the patio and gazing out at the golf course and mansions across the fairway. Interaction with the owners was seamless. They had great suggestions on places to visit, artists’ niches to enjoy and scrumptious restaurants. I definitely plan to return.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  We stayed at this villa earlier this month and had such a wonderful time. The villa was very well-kept, clean, and had everything we could've asked for. We really enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course from the balcony, it was a perfect spot to start off the day with a cup of coffee. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of silverware, dishes, pots and pans, everything you need to feel at home. Like many other visitors, we truly appreciated the ability to bring our dog, and because he was with us, it felt like true family vacation. We were a close walk to the beach, and just few steps aware from the community pool and tennis courts. We also really appreciated the owner's responsiveness, as communication was very good throughout the entire process. We will definitely stay again, and would recommend to our friends. Thank you so much!

  We had a very enjoyable week, despite a couple of rainy days. Grateful for the opportunity to bring our dog, he loves Hilton Head. Villa was clean and comfortable. Owners were very nice to deal,with. Will definitely stay again.

  We spent a week at this villa. It was the best villa we have ever stayed at in Hilton Head (just in Palmetto Dunes we've been to Moorings, Harborside, Queens Grant, Villa Mare and Water Oak). Because of the way the villa is angled, the view of the golf course and large private homes makes it seem like you do not have any neighbors. The unit was immaculate as described, and little touches made it feel like home away from home. Actually hated to give it such as good rating as we hope it is available the next time we are looking for a place in Hilton Head. We ate twice at my favorite restaurant - Alexanders - once taking advantage of their early bird menu good till 5:45. Enjoy!

  Mindy, Just wanted to drop a note and say that we enjoyed our June trip with you. Your villa was great.. and the view was unbelievable. My mom joined us for the trip... and since she's not a beach person, the golf course view was perfect for her. We've stayed in Inverness before and again, love the beauty and remoteness of the neighborhood. We were able to ride our bikes on the golf path (after hours of course), enjoyed the pool, loved taking a jog on Carnoustie, and there was plenty of parking at the Disney beach access. I appreciate your flexibility with allowing us to bring my Mom's dog with us at the last minute.... it enabled our trip to not be canceled. I appreciate your assistance during our planning, I couldn't have asked for a more responsive owner.... Thank you. Susan and family from Atlanta

  My family and I recently stayed at this property inside of Palmetto Dunes and really enjoyed it. The owners did a great job of answering all our questions ahead of time and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. The property is located right on top of two holes of a golf course. Our dogs enjoyed 'talking' with the golfers. The view is great. Beach access is about a 15-20 minute walk, a 5-8 minute bike ride or a brief car jaunt. In any case, you access the beach through the public side of the Disney Vacation Club Beach House (the left side of the walkway and parking lot). Disney's Beach House also provides restrooms and a snack window (open 11am-4pm) that are easily accessible on that side. Just down the road from the villa is Palmetto Dunes Outfitters who can supply bikes, canoes, kayaks, etc. all with a 20% discount when mentioning your VRBO rental number. Our two teens had no problems sleeping in the room with two full size beds while my wife and I took the upstairs King. The property was exactly as described and was very clean and well kept. Would recommend it to anyone looking to stay near the beach in a 2BR/2BA!

  We spent a week relaxing and enjoying our time on Hilton Head. Very nice, comfortable villa with everything you would need. The area was quiet and peaceful, with lovely golf course views. The owners quickly responded to any questions and were very helpful! I would definitely rent this villa again.

  My husband and I spent a wonderful week at the villa.The description provided by the owners is very accurate and the property was very clean,indeed.The location is extremely peaceful but yet close to all the Palmetto Dunes amenities. Three very well kept tennis courts and a nice pool are located within 1-2 min.walk and the Inverness Village is surrounded by the golf course and water.The beach is located within comfortable 15-20 min walk but, if you choose to be totally laid back, you can call Dune Buggy and get a free ride there.Nearby, the Shelter Cove Harbour provides beautiful sunset views and many restaurants to try the local seafood! The rental process was painless; Mindy, one of the owners, was very helpful and efficient.

  We enjoyed a lovely 5 days of tennis, golf and biking from this lovely Inverness villa in Palmetto Dunes. The villa is beautifully maintained and so convenient to its community pool and tennis courts, as well as to other Palmetto Dunes amenities. The owner quickly responded to our inquiry and was very easy to work with during the rental, check-in and check-out process. Those who choose not to rent a car can take advantage of the Palmetto Dunes buggy or rent bikes for transportation within Palmetto Dunes and nearby areas. We definitely recommend this villa to others!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.
