The place is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The house is equipped with all the comforts. I would recommend this place to anybody!!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We stayed at Aintoine's apartment for over 2 months since we were in town for work. We loved it! It had all the necessities of home, the apartment gets a lot of light. It's like having your own little sanctuary! I would recommend this place to anybody!! Aintoine went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. A very very good Host!!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Newly furnished, reasonably well equipped unit at the back of the displayed house. The owner, Antoine, was very accommodating with our requests. I travelled with my wife, mother-in-law and 4-month-old son. The unit had most things, though the kitchen is not large, and we had to open the window to let some of the cooking steam out as there is no internal vent. The unit has a central heating unit, but there is no cooling system. We didn't rent a car, but caught public transport (trolley/tram) into the city each day. The neighbourhood seems to be a little sketchy after dark - we heard gunshots and sirens on the main street the first night, and there were a few fights as well, though if we had a car, we probably would have avoided most of this. We had a wonderful experience with this vacation rental. The place was very clean, modern and comfortable. The owners were a pleasure to work with and refunded our security deposit in full shortly after we left. The location was great. The house has been recently renovated so it is equipped with all the comforts. Really beautiful! My husband, son and I thourghly enjoyed our stay on Jerrold Ave. The location was convenient to everything we had planned. Every night we enjoyed free parking in front of the unit. That was a definite plus after getting two tickets in the city. The apartment is very modern and clean. The owners took care of every detail to make sure our stay was comfortable. There were even fresh flowers on the table when we walked in. The apartment opened up into a large, sunny backyard, complete with a dining table, chairs and lounge chairs. The unit included a Sonos system, down comforters on the beds, and a washer and dryer. We truly felt relaxed on Sunday morning after our weekend stay.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
