This beautiful, high quality home is completely decorated with the highest quality furnishings and is located in beautiful Seacrest Beach with its majestic 12,000 square foot pool that defies belief and description.
Seacrest is a wonderful family-oriented area of Florida cottages on streets lined with palm trees and luscious landscaping and brightly colored homes surrounding the pool, and within a short walk, or ride in complimentary, chauffeured golf carts to the beautiful white sand beaches with emerald green waters.
Heavenly Sunshine, aptly named because of its beautiful golden yellow color, has hardwood floors throughout the living areas with tile floors in the bathrooms. Private porches with comfortable, outdoor seating are off each bedroom of each level and off the living area where there is also an outdoor dining area and gas grill.
The house sleeps 12 comfortably with one large bedroom downstairs with a king bed, three bedrooms on the second level with one king in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in each of the other two bedrooms. There is also a day bed in the alcove outside the master. In the tower, there is a set of bunk beds with terrific views of the gulf.
The smoke-free and pet-free home has been professionally decorated with the highest quality of furnishings, plantation shutters on all windows and doors, granite counter tops, and upscale stainless appliances. Heavenly Sunshine also has televisions and DVD/VCR in all bedrooms and living area plus a surround sound, wireless internet and free long distance.
Heavenly Sunshine, the resort with its amenities and the white sand beach are a wonderful place to make lasting memories with family and friends.

In addition to the rental amount, there is a tax of 11.5%, a processing fee of $25
and a liability waiver fee of $50 (in lieu of a deposit).

We LOVED “Heavenly Sunshine”!!!!!!!!!! This was our first extended family vacation and it was truly amazing! The house is nestled in an adorable family friendly neighborhood. It was the perfect size for us- 6 adults and 3 kids under 4. The house is very spacious and the different families could still have their privacy. In addition to having a complete kitchen with spectacular appliances, it is decorated very nicely and very clean! The gorgeous community pool is within walking distance from the house and the beach is a skip across 30-A. We had no choice but to relax!! We can't wait to go back!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
