If you are looking for a truly special condo to call home during your Destin vacation, then step into this 13th floor, wrap around unit with 180 degree views of the Gulf and fantastic modern upgrades.
The kitchen has been upgraded with new stainless steel appliances and beautiful stone countertops. You are sure to find everything you need to feel right at home in this kitchen. The dining area sits holds a beautiful glass top table and sits directly in front of gorgeous picture windows that overlook the Gulf - it is truly the perfect place to enjoy any meal. The living area has plush furniture and a great entertainment system, great for relaxing after a long day in the sun. You also have direct access to the wrap around balcony from the living area. The views from this balcony are so spectacular making this unit one of the most requested in the building. The master bedroom has huge picture windows that overlook the Gulf and direct access to the balcony. The master bedroom also has its own private bathroom and a luxurious king size bed. The guest room is painted in bright colors and holds two twin size beds. The comfy couch in the living converts into a sofa sleeper, giving this unit the ability to sleep six people comfortably.

We require Saturday - Saturday rentals from May 25th through August 10th. During the off-season, we require a three-night minimum. Please call our office for availability and booking!
Visit Grand Boulevard, the Village of the Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, Market Shops at Sandestin, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall for great shopping as well as dining. Pile into the car and head to the Rave at the Destin Commons to watch the latest movies! You can also have a great family day at The Track or Big Kahuna’s water park located in downtown Destin. Enjoy deep-sea fishing, fresh seafood, and so much more at the Harborwalk Village. Close by you have the marina at The Village of Baytowne Wharf where you can rent pontoon boats, jet skis, and find other water sport activities. Take the kids to the Adventure Zone in Baytowne, which includes a zip line, a rope course, tower climb, and much, much more!
