This is a beautifully located condo in a lovely, quiet area. The condo is comfortable and nicely appointed. If you are a birder, you are in for a treat if you come at good times for birdwatching. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Thank you so much for the lovely getaway. Harbor Island is just what I needed - remote enough to feel like I was on an island, but secure enough to know civilization was just a quick hop away. The condo was warm and inviting, the view spectacular. I will be back.

Hi Renee, My wife and I had a wonderful time at D-102. It was one of the highlights of our trip through the South and my wife insisted that we wait until the last possible minute to leave.

The condo was very peaceful, comfortable and clean.It had all of the things we needed. The King size bed was very comfortable. The area is very beautiful and made for a relaxing vacation.

My new husband and I really enjoyed our stay at D-102. The beach wasn't crowded at all. There were only about 3 or 4 other couples on the beach the whole time we were there. The condo was very neat and clean. The deck was absolutely wonderful and I had a very relaxing time. I am thinking of staying here next spring.

Dear Renee & John: What a great time I had in your condo! The place was exactly as pictured and was quaint, clean and perfect for me. It was so relaxing sitting on the deck.... I could definitely spend more time there, wish I had a place of my own like that. I hope next year or even in the fall to be able to get away again & I would definitely stay in D-102 again! We enjoyed a warm and welcome vacation at the Cedar Reef Condo on Harbor Island. Weather was great. It was exactly as we had imagined. My greatest thrill was to walk into the October ocean without hesitation. The Shrimp Festival in Beaufort was also a good take with music,crafts and shrimp in any form imaginable. We hope that someday we may have another opportunity to visit Harbor Island. Thanks for the efficient manner in which you handled our first internet booking.

We were looking for a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at D-102. It was perfect for the three of us. We made ourselves at home and enjoyed the time together despite the cold weather... The view couldn't have been better! What a peaceful place to stay! We highly recommend this condo!

We look forward to coming to Harbor Island every year for Spring Break --- driving down from a cold Ohio winter, we always feel as though we've stepped into summer when we get there. The island is peaceful, the beach is practically deserted, the huge deck is most relaxing, the condo is cheerful and sparkling clean --- it's a great place, and we always appreciate our time spent at Harbor Island. We have met with blue skies and sunshine every year. We visit the Shrimp Shack, The Johnson Creek Tavern, and Steamers for seafood, and most of the time, we just hang out on the deck, pool, or beach... watching the waves and listening to the surf. This is a wonderful getaway!

I am sorry for getting this to you so late. We visited 3 weeks ago and had a great time. My mother, son and I were there to see my younger brohter garaduate from the Marines. The condo was very nice and clean, close to the beach (loved it). This will be one place that I will return to. Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay and being so nice.

Hi, Renee - Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your condo. The weather was delightful and we spent a good amount of time beachcombing, walking and just taking in all the natural beauty that abounds in that area. The "new" king size bed was to die for - extremely comfortable and just the right firmness. The fact that no fireworks are allowed was a real plus for us. My husband retired as a Master Chief Boatswain's Mate from the U. S. Coast Guard with 30 years of service and served 2 years of that in Viet Nam at an ammunition depot in Cat Lai (near Saigon) where he was an advisor to the South Vietnamese in unloading ammo and hazardous material from ships and still has periodic flashbacks of his time there and mostly from a sudden clap of thunder in the night or these very loud fireworks that are legal in S.C. that cause him to come out of the bed and hunkering down like he's in a bunker for safety so we always try to get away on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve when it's the worst. You'll be hearing from us again in the future. By the way, did want to let you know that the dining room chair just under the painting was a little loose and really should be fixed before someone large sits down and the chair falls apart - probably just needs some screws tightened. After watching the Carolina Gamecocks lose their bowl game miserably, we decided the painting is of a gamecock bird that has been blasted by .00 shotgun pellets by the opponent in their bowl game. We're back home in Macon - seems like a couple hours ago I was at this laptop working on reserving your condo! We had a really nice time - the weather was perfect. Toured Beaufort on Thurs, even took a morning buggy ride - ate at Plum's. But thoroughly enjoyed cooking, with your good views! Even watching the compelling Hurricane Katrina story was more bearable from your sofa!

Staying at D102 was like being in someone's home--not at all like being in a rental unit. The amenities were wonderful, the atmosphere was restful and relaxing, and I can't say enough about what a perfect get-a-way it is for people like us who don't want the crowds of the hotels on commercial beaches. Long drive for us, but worth it..next time we'll fly and it will be just my husband and I!

The condo was really nice. The decorating was also very nice. It was clean and cozy. It was a little windy while we were down there but that was expected since the hurricane was off the coast of Florida. We will definitely want to return to stay at this very same condo. Harbor Island is a beautiful place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in early October. It was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The condo is nicely and comfortably furnished. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. We loved waking up to the beach view and having coffee on the back porch watching the ocean and the wildlife. We also enjoyed the many things to see and do around Beaufort.

Our visit to Harbor was wonderful! We spent a relaxing week watching the weather, the sunsets, the wildlife and the backs of our eyelids. The afternoon shade on the back porch was wonderful with the added coolness of the constant sea breeze! I can't wait to return to this paradise!

I just spent 3 days in D-102 last weekend. It's very well-decorated, clean and there's plenty of room for 4. Nice TVs, stereo and DVD player. There are two pools, one very close which is smaller, and one a short hike which is humongous. There was not one gnat the whole time! Children really like the beach because the waves aren't too big and there are plenty of seashells to collect. Because I was looking to buy one of those condos, I toured several other units, and D102 was the best.
