  We had a great vacation. The condo was very clean with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the water. It was easy to come and go because of the keyless entry. This location is perfect within walking distance to the C shop where the food is great and the homemade chocolate is amazing. The condo has two sliding glass doors to the balcony from the great room and the master bedroom which means lots of clean, fresh, ocean air. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that is easy to use. The kitchen is supplied with everything you will need to make a meal and eat. A great vacation spot either for a couple of with kids.

  I rent off of VRBO all the time and the places are always clean and well presented. However, what stands out for me was Virinder and his accessibility. I made a mistake on the dates and didn't realize it until the week before arriving. He instantly got back to me and fixed the problem. I arrived a couple of hours early so the digital lock wasn't ready to accept my code. Virinder answered his phone and instantly changed the code to suit us. The place was immaculate. The view was to die for. If you want an escape with lots to do or just relax...this is the place.

  Our stay at this condo was absolutely fabulous. The condo is new and very well furnished. We enjoyed the sunsets from the living room. Beautiful! The beach was nice and right across the street as described. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful. The people were very accomodating and friendly. If you are in the market for a wonderful stay on the beach at Birch Bay, choose this condo. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for the memories!

  The condo is very new. Nice, clean and comfortable with high quality furnishings. The owner is a very friendly and sincere guy. I always got immediate response from him on every correspondence. Received my damage deposit refund promptly after the stay. I would recommand this condo to anyone who looks for quality and comfort. Clam digging was easy and plenty, but we were told by the shop that sells the shellfishing license that clam digging was temporary closed in the area. We were bumbed out, but were glad we did not buy the licenses before coming to Birch Bay.

As soon as the cleaners send me an email that there is no damage, I refund the damage deposit the same day. My policy is that I never want the renters to remind me of their damage deposit. So far I have not retained anyone's damage deposit. I like that.

  What a beautiful condo this was - new, clean, well-maintained, and absolutely fantastic view of the beach - day and evening. The sunsets were amazing. We've stayed at Birch Bay numerous times before; I think this location was perfect, truly. This modern and comfortable condo suited our family of 4 so well, I could imagine myself owning it! Only 2 blocks to The C Shop, which was a daily must-do for ice cream. And the combo lock (vs. a lock and key) was so convenient for us - didn't have to fiddle with keys. The owner was helpful and prompt in answering our questions. Would definitely come back.

When I started to rent my water front condo in Birch Bay, I wanted the renters to have such a wonderful experience that they would leave with memories that will bring them back again and again. From such a review, I feel I have been able to achieve that. Please see the pictures to realize what this wonderful renter is talking about when she talks about the sunset being amazing. Those pictures are from the condo deck. When coming to Birch Bay on a vacation, this is where you really want to stay. It is as though you are right there next to water.

  The listing and photos were exactly as the rental was when we got there. The two bedroom suite was emmaculately kept. You'd never know anyone had ever stayed there. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend this vacation place to anyone. The view is amazing. The patio looks right out onto the water. Great for people watching and enjoying the view. Close to the C shop and close to restaurants. Thanks so much.

I always want to treat my guests the way I would like to be treated. I put myself in the position of my guests and work very hard to make sure that they have the best experience possible when they stay in my condo and want to stay there again when they revisit Birch Bay area. So far most of my guests have left my condo in good shape and I have refunded everyone's damage deposit in full.

  We spent 4 nights in early May and rate this among the best condos we have rented. We were looking for a place to relax for a long weekend within easy driving distance from Bellevue. It has lots of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a full view of the bay from both the living room and master bedroom. The building is nearly new, has elevators, and this unit was in immaculate condition. The owner even followed up by phone on the first evening to make sure everything was to our liking. We have already booked another week in July.
