  My wife, children and I had an amazing extended weekend stay at your home. The pictures do not do this place justice at all. Everything was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay from the time we drove through the gate. The staff at the gate were very friendly and answered any questions we had. What we enjoyed the most though was the absense of big crowds!! We walked the beach, and it felt like we had the entire island to ourself, and this on Memorial Day weekend! The pool is RIGHT beside the condo, and both of our children spent countless hours playing in the water. We also enjoyed the club house pool and playground. We cannot get over how wonderful our stay was, and at such a reasonable price! We will certainly be contacting you again, Mr. Boyd. We did bring our own groceries, and if you do not, please stop before getting to the island. We use VRBO several times a year, and this was one of the best experiences we have had to date! Thanks again!

  Once again, a week at Harbor Island was the wonderful vacation we anticipated all year. Even the heat and the bugs did not deter from a great relaxation. Your place offered a most appreciated respite. Crabbing was great at the facility's dock. Had our own private crab boil after our son's great catch. Looking forward to 2012.   Harbor Island is a great place for a relaxing getaway weekend. Even our teenage boys loved it. The condo was perfect for us. We will definitely be looking for another opportunity to visit here!

  Hi Crosby, just wanted to let you know that I had a wonderful time at Harbor Island last weekend. Your condo is so nice-has a great location and is very comfortable. I took my friend and we really enjoyed the peace, tranquility and just sitting on the deck and walking the beach. We walked to both ends of the beach, loved the birds, especially in the sanctuary as they came in for the night at sunset-there must have been more than 100egrets! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. It was relaxing and just what we needed. We cleaned up well-hope we can visit again sometime. Sylvia

  Though we have stayed many times on Harbor Island, this is the best place by far. I didn't even mind cleaning after myself. I saved money that way and knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that this villa was the best ever! I just regret we did not find it until this year. I am sure we will use it for many more years to come. We just buy our groceries as we come in and set up house for the rest of our stay. We always spend time at Hunting Island State Park, take a walk on the marsh boardwalk, go into historic Beaufort and eat at least once at the Steamer. We hope to try some other local fare on our next trip. Thank you so much for opening your place to us!

  Best place for the true beach fan! Easy access, lots of room. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place you want to be. We cannot wait to book our next trip.
