Only 5 minutes walk to the Commons and the resident only tram service or walk 15 minutes to 3 miles of private beach on powder sand, in a unique natural environment. As a renter, you will have full access to everything that Pelican Bay has to offer. After your Yoga, stretching or exercices sessions available at the beach club, the friendly foundation staff will provide you and install beach chairs and umbrellas. They also will set up for you a sail boat, kayak or canoe to relax or exercise, on the gulf waters or on the inner, outer or upper Clam Pass waterways. You can also burn some calories on one of the 18 tennis courts. About the owner: Family of four, from Canada my wife is General Manager of a hotel in old Quebec city and I am Consultant in IT, We are planning to slow our activities down in the coming years and we decided that Pelican Bay will be our place in the sun
Why the Owner Chose Valencia:
After many trips on the Florida east coast, we fell in love with the Naples and specially the Pelican Bay community and concept of respecting nature while having fun at the beach, in a completely secure environment.
