Our new home is a beautiful beach house with all the comforts of home. There is a large main floor master suite with french doors out to the private backyard. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor with lots of privacy for all. There is also a sofabed in the den and one in the living room. The house is bright and spacious with ten foot ceilings on the main floor and nine foot ceilings on the second floor. Across the street is the largest of three pools in the development and the tennis court. There is a great work out facility in the club house along with restaurant and pro shop.
Kiva Dunes is a small golf/Beach community with the #1 golf course in Alabama. Our house is a short five minute walk to the beach (the largest private beach in Alabama) and one row of houses off the golf course. You have all the amenities close, yet have your privacy too. The beach is sugar white sand and simply beautiful. There is great fishing from the beach and miles and miles of beach for those wonderful long walks in the sunset. It doesn't get better than this!
