If you are looking for a great get away from it all holiday, then Villa Melina 2 is for you. Its location makes the villa an ideal base for any holiday whether you just want to laze in the sun, explore the area or sample the traditional village life. The villa located in Paphos area north west of Cyprus in the pretty traditional Cypriot village of Kathikas where life revolves around the bustling village square with its supermarket, taverns and its coffee shop. The prominent position of the villa entitles outstanding views fronted by fields of grapevines as far as the eye can see, until they finally give way to the sea beyond. The villa is spacious, airy and well thought out meet with all the families' needs, down to the large private pool (10X5 meters), which ensures there is room for everyone. The villa is modern offering a high standard of accommodation.

Family holiday

The second time we've stayed in Villa Melina2 and we've enjoyed it as much as the first time. It's a brilliant position offering every comfort, privacy, lovely views, incredible sunsets and in walking distance of Kathikas which is a village that's alive with great Tavernas, coffee shops and lots more. The host, Savvas, could not be more friendly and helpfull. We would highly recommend this property.

We stayed for two weeks at this Villa. The Villa is easy to find and is in a terrific location. It is easy to walk to various tavernas in kathikas village centre. We tried them all and enjoyed everyone. The gin bar is great too. We walked to the winery just close to the Villa and ate there along with wine tasting. The wine they produce is very good and worth buying from the winery. You will find all the tavernas sell it too. The pool is large and extremely clean. It is quite cold but refreshing. We have never had such a lovely welcome pack. Savvas is lovely. Welcomes you and then just leaves you to it. He’s always on hand. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms for each room is a bonus. There is also an outside toilet/shower room. Very useful. The best part is the outside area, large with plenty of sun beds. Because you are up in the mountain you get a cool breeze which is very welcome. The sunset is beautiful. Due to the fact there are no neighbouring villas you can play music without disturbing anyone. We enjoyed using the b b q, popping to Phillipos (supermarket) in Coral bay for meat and fish. We actually preferred Latchi to Coral Bay as it’s a bit more upmarket. We have stayed in various villas in various countries and this Villa is definitely up there. I have no hesitation in recommending it. Thank you Savvas 😊

2 weeks in late spring in Cyprus.

An excellent villa and an excellent host. Weather was a little mixed - some thunderstorms and chilly days but we still had a lovely holiday. Much of this was this was due to having such a great villa in a beautiful position while still in walking distance of the fine tavernas in town. We highly recommend this rental.

Fabulous!!!

We have just got home from a wonderful stay at Villa Melina 2. Many thanks to Savvas for a seamless experience! The welcome pack when we arrived late at night was so well thought out with all we needed to get us through the next couple days with essentials. Communication with Savvas was really good, he popped in the first day just to check everything was ok. Facilities in the villa were superb, all bedrooms ensuite. Great sized communal areas, beautiful garden/patio/pool/pergola/pool house/laundry room etc. The views are fabulous to the coast and the sunsets were beautiful. We cannot wait to return as soon as possible!
