By the way: In this house where you'll lodge Beaumarchais and the author Eugene Scribe were born, some feet away Jean Baptiste Moliere. There are just seven apartments in this little and neat building and your neighbours are French.

This 2-room-apartment has living room, bed-room, kitchen, bath with shower cabine.The living-room with its 3 windows is very bright. From all its windows the pedestrian zone can be seen. The entrance has a wardrobe, there's also an interphone.
The two rooms have parquet. The apartment measures 43 sq-metres/ 500 sq foot. The four windows are highly isolated against warmth and noice. Before all windows are shutters.
The bedroom has a king size bed for 2 guest, chests of drawers, wardrobes, tasteful candlesticks.
In the living-room is a convertible Sofa-bed, large table, 4 chairs, LCD TV, DVD Player, bookshelves with many english travel guides etc.This 2- Room-apartment has all the modern facilities such as phone, hifi-tuner, CD-Player, Safe, Air Condition, Fan, Wifi Internet,110 international TV channels.
The new fitted kitchen is totally furnished with ceramique hotplats, fridge, sink, many cupboards, coffee maker, micro-wave, iron, ironing board, tableware, glasses for wine, champagne, water, dishes, Hoover. There's also a washer and a dryer in the kitchen.
The apartment is on the 3. floor in a building with elevator - there is still a small flight of 8 stairs to climb - and has been totally done up in august 2009 !
The maximum occupancy for this apartment is 3 adults OR 2 adults and 2 kids. It's not suitable for 4 adults.
