One of the bedrooms can be easily converted into an office as long as the client states that in their booking. I live very close this unit and will be able to assist you with anything you might need on property.

About the owner: I am currently living and working in Laplace, LA. I am in the family hotel business and I have decided to venture out into real estate. The condo that I have listed is my second real estate purchase. I really do enjoy everything that comes with being a property owner. This is the first condo that I have ever given to a rental agency such as VBRO. I had multiple inquiries on people who wanted to rent this particular unit out for years at a time and declined them because I wanted to take a different approach to occupying this unit. I decided to rent this particular unit using VBRO because I actually lived in this property while I attended LSU and did not want to sell it or give it out to a long term tenant. VBRO was the best option for me.
