Only a few minute walk to Fort Rock Park and Tennis Hill, and equally close to the new Aquatic Recreation Center with multiple pools and a sledding hill. Easy access to the walking/cycling paths and a 15 minute walk to the Sunriver Village shopping and restaurants.
Experience incredible winter recreation activities at Mount Bachelor and surrounding areas, world class golf courses in Sunriver, miles of cycling paths, and outstanding hiking, fishing, kayaking and mountain biking in the summer. this house was great, clean and cozy with high ceilings and an inclosed hot tub. we stayed for a week with a few friends for a snowboarding trip and there was plenty of space for all of us and our gear. sunriver is beautiful in the winter covered in snow and still a lot of activites available. the house was just a short drive to downtown bend or. and a short drive to mt bachelor which was perfect for what we came for. we hope to return this summer to check out what else the area has to offerRecommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Great house, great location, great value!! We stayed here for 4 nights over 4th of July weekend recently and had a fantastic time. 5-10 minute cycle to Sharc, river, etc. Very centrally located! Walked to Fort Rock Park every day, just a stone's throw away. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the location on the cul de sac which was perfect for our young children to run/cycle around without having to worry about traffic. Lots of cable channels to keep the little ones amused when necessary. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, it is well laid out and very light and bright. Would definitely recommend!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Great location close to Fort Rock and to the Village. Home is very bright and airy. Lots of DVD, and games. Super clean with very private hot tub. Beds are very comfortable. Deck is large and a nice place to sit and read and enjoy the sun. Ww would definitely stay again. Good value!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We love the outdoors and found this wonderful getaway home in Sunriver for weekends up at the mountain, cycling along the paths or hiking along the Deschutes river and other wonderful places in Central Oregon. We now live in Bend, and are happy to offer our home to others so they can enjoy Sunriver and the outdoor activities here.
Why the Owner Chose Fort Rock Park:
Sunriver is a wonderful resort with lots of activities for kids and families. It is close to world class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golf and other four season activities. It has everything you need for a great vacation and for weekend escapes from the city or working environments. Lots of good restaurants and shopping, all available within the area.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Backs onto common area for privacy and sighting of wildlife and deer that frequently roam there. Perfectly situated for a quick walk to Fort Rock Park and its playground and picnic areas. Also, just a few minutes from Tennis Hill for tennis in the summer, or you can ski from the door to cross country ski on the golf course in the winter. A short walk to the sledding hill at the new Aquatic and Recreation center in the winter and their swimming pools and other activities in the summer. Easy access to the biking trails for a ride to the village, stables, river or to the Nature Center to view the birds and other interesting nature shows and features that are offered. Easy access to grocery stores, and all the summer and winter entertainment events at the Village.
