  What can I say. Everything was perfect and easy from pre-booking to departure. This was our first time using VRBO and our first time to Sanibel island, so I was a little nervous. There was nothing to be nervous about. Sharon answered all of my many questions promptly and accurately. The condo was even better then we expected with an unbelievable view and location. It was a perfect vacation for our family or four (two boys - 10 & 8). You could do anything from getting some R & R to getting out and being active. We did not want to leave. Go & enjoy your stay! You won't be disappointed. Except when it is time to leave.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  This was our second stay at this resort and our first stay in this condo. The listing description and photos accurately reflect the condo's appearance and amenities. It is a lovely, updated condominium with wonderful views of the Gulf and the resort's lagoon. The owner was great to work with. She provided very helpful information ahead of time since we were vacationing with extended family, including our 1-year and 3-year old grandsons. The owner's excellent customer service included checking in with us after our arrival to ensure that we were satisfied and that we had everything that we needed. Shelling along the beach, about a mile west of the resort, was amazing.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

  We had a great stay! Beautiful beach, lots of shells. The unit was in great shape, had a great view and was outfitted (kitchen) so you did not have to leave the complex. There were sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. On other trips we end up buying these things and have to toss them or haul them back. There is a clubhouse and kids activity center where the kids got to do crafts a couple hours each day... And a movie night so we got to go for dinner alone. Great breaks for mom and dad. Only one problem with the washer and it was handled perfectly by Sharon. She called a cleaner to do our laundry and it was as seedless as could be. Could have been a negative, but worked out as a positive.

  My husband and I stayed in C-35 with our son and daughter who are both in college. The view from the condo is amazing! The newly remodeled kitchen is beautiful and seemed to have all the tools needed to prepare any meal. Pointe Santo has a nice pool and hot tub, as well as great beachfront with lounge chairs. It's a great place to relax and reconnect. The three bedrooms are also nicely decorated and gave our children their own space after we had spent our days together. Sharon was great to work with, and genuinely cared about having C-35 meet my family's expectations. We hope we have the opportunity to return soon!

  This is our fourth time to Sanibel Island and Pointe Santo de Sanibel, but our first in C-35. We were a family of six, with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The condo and complex are beautifully kept and the view is breathtaking. C-35 had all the amenities needed for a weeks vacation, from a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels and toys to free wi-fi. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the condo to give all of us our own space. The Lanai was our favorite place to sit and having our morning coffee and watch all the birds. The description of the condo is accurate. But there is nothing like walking in and everything is there. The owner was very friendly and helpful with detailed emails. She followed up with us prior to our visit and after. We were surprised that the complex was quieter than in April and May and the pool was never crowded or busy. The girls liked that they could play catch and tag without interrupting others. The shelling was awesome and the girls wanted to shell bright and early at low tide. The sunset views were amazing and we made a point of watching it. There were a few no see ums (little bugs that bite like mosquitos) but I brought some Off bug spray and it worked. Sunset was the worst time for them if there was not a breeze. It is a different world once you are on the island. There is no reason to leave the island, the condo makes it a perfect location to enjoy all that Sanibel has to offer. Easy bike ride or drive to the grocery store, coffee bar at Baileys, movie theatre, restaurants, such as George and Wendy's Seafood Grill (happy hour, great seafood and Margherita flatbread), Over Easy Cafe, The Sanibel Grill and the Island Cow to name a few. We could not miss a trip to Captiva Island to visit the Mucky Duck for the relaxing drink on the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean and our favorite mexican at Cantina Captiva. If you can C-35 at Pointe Santo de Sanibel is a great place to stay for a relaxing, family oriented vacation. You can do nothing, or you can do everything from biking, kayaking, boat tours, shelling, etc.... We will return to C-35 and recommeded it to our friends. It was an amazing week, too bad it had to end.

  Pointe Santo C-35 is a great condo. The listing description is very accurate regarding the location and the listing photos are exactly as the condo appears. The unit was very clean, fresh, and well maintained. In addition, the unit was well appointed and the kitchen had everything imaginable for cooking and entertaining! I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to experience Sanibel. My family had such a good time we have already booked this unit for next summer!

  Thank you Sharon for keeping your unit in such great condition. Everything was perfect. We have stayed in several places along the gulf, and yours is the only place we want to stay in again. The unit is exactly as the pictures show and even better. Love that the terrace has netting, perfect for evening thunderstorm watching without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. Because the kitchen was so fabulous, we ate out only once. The kids enjoyed using the beach toys and boogie boards. We look forward to staying here in the years to come. Thank you again.

  Upon entering C35 the first thing I saw was the majestic view of the Gulf of Mexico. It was beautiful. When my eyes finally fell away from the view I could then appreciate the beauty of the condo. The renovations had been completed and when I looked around I could truly appreciate the efforts. The condo has a beach theme throughout that was beautifully subtle and not over the top. The bedrooms had good closets and dressers available. The bathroom showers were clean and had good pressure. There is a washer/dryer in the condo that works fine. The kitchen is quite large and has every kitchen utensil/small appliance I think you could ever need. (I am a very basic cook.) The mattresses were quite comfortable and so was the furniture. There are TVs in every bedroom and the living room. There are tons of hooks to organize, hang, and dry items. The screened in porch was fantastic. Having coffee on the porch in the quiet of the early morning was just amazing. Finally, my interactions with Sharon, the owner, were informative. You can tell by talking to her that she has put her heart into both of her properties. (She owns C36 which is next door too.) She also is dedicated to making sure that your expectations are met throughout the week. You cannot go wrong at C35. I guess I should mention what a great experience I had on Sanibel as well. Everyone was very friendly and fun. The beach was amazing. We saw Sea turtle nest and hermit crabs. We went to some amazing restaurants and saw great wildlife and vegetation. I am gluten intolerant and have never had so many dining out options where people are so well informed. I look forward to my next visit

Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a detailed Vacation Rental Agreement. Your balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Check in is 3 pm and check out is 10 am. NO SMOKING and NO PETS please. Guests who cancel within 30 days of their arrival may forfeit all prepayments unless the unit is re-booked for the identical time period and rate. We encourage and can suggest travel insurance providers who cover circumstances such as illness or hurricane.
