  The home that I initially wanted to rent out was booked already, so the owner referred me to his other property which was this one. Dealing with the owner was a pleasant one. He sent me the rental agreement right away and I was able to rent this property for a week easily. Sometimes owners would list their numbers and they wouldn't answer calls, or return your email. I didn't have this problem with the owner of this property. I didn't have any issues while we were there for a week, so I never had to call him while we were there. But I know if an issue came about, he would have answered his phone. My family and I enjoyed our week long stay. The house is beautiful and spacious. Each room was clean and each room had it's own tv. The kids loved the warm pool, pool table, table tennis, and air hockey. The house is very close to the freeway and the grocery store. Can't wait for our next Las Vegas vacation and thank you again for letting us rent out your home!

  My friends/family and I had a reunion and stayed at this property for a week in early May. First off, the property owner was very upfront and accommodating. The rental process was very easy. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The check in process was a breeze. The house is very comfortable. Everyone who stayed at the house had a bed. There were extra roll away beds in storage in the garage. A great place to get away and relax. Next time we're in town we will stay here again.

  The house was very clean and well appointed. The pool and grounds were great. The owner was very helpful and accomodating. We have satisfactorily rented several times in Las Vegas , this rental was well ahead of the others. The close proximity to the airport and highways was very convenient. This is our first choice next time.

  We used this house for our backyard wedding as well as a place for some of our friends to stay... it had plenty of space, the rooms were excellent. We were able to dance in the front room as well as the living room while others played pool or just socialized. The only issue we had was the dirty pool. I contacted the owner regarding turning on the pool pump and was informed that it ran on an automatic timer... I'm not sure if the system need to be serviced, but the pool never circulated enough to remove the film and particles off the top. Overall this home gave everyone something to do... thank you PS3!!

We get high winds that can dirty a pool an hour after the pool cleaning crew has it sparkling clear. I do provide a brush and skimmer for that reason.   My family and I are frequent visitors to Las Vegas and have rented vacation homes a few times in Las Vegas as well as in Florida. This home was one of the nicer ones we have enjoyed. Beautiful sparkling pool and nice hot tub (that actually gets hot) right out the back door. tile floors in kitchen and Stainless steel appliances are a nice touch. Comfortable and tasteful furniture throughout the home. Flat panel tvs with a good selection of channels and a good high quality air conditioner that actually keeps the home comfortable especially with the many ceiling fans that are in most rooms. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and the one in the master bedroom I would rate on par with a Hilton Dream bed. Duvets would have been nice however the bedding provided was okay. The home is very well kept and in a nice area of upscale homes that is literally minutes from the strip. It took us 8 minutes to get from the Luxor parking lot to the driveway after dinner one night. The owner Adam is a nice guy to deal with and was available anytime we needed him for any problems or how-to run swimming pool controls etc. He was very knowledgeable of the area and had some great suggestions for some local restaurants and places to go other than on the strip. We spent ten days at the home with my family of 6 and had no problems to speak of other than my accidental heating of the pool overnight one night. My only suggestions for wish list would be outdoor speakers from the inside stereo system provided and possibly a cheap desktop computer for tenant use however the WIFI wireless that was included was exceptionally fast. We will be back next summer if not sooner!

  The family came in from Mexico and we all met in Vegas for a Reunion an entire week and the house was the perfect place for all of us to spend time together.. it had all the amenities we needed, Adam was very accomodating in anything we needed, The house is close to shopping, only a few minutes from the strip and easily accessible from all major highways. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa, as well as the barbq. This was the perfect getaway for the family, very quiet neghborhood and secure.. already thinking of next family reunion and will consider this house for sure next trip to Vegas!! Highly recommend it.

  I am very pleased with everything that is described for the home. My big family and I had a wonderful time. There was enough room for all of my family members to sleep in and the swimming pool was a hit with the young ones. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone who wants to enjoy peace and comfort. The place is super clean and has many things to do. It is only 3 miles away from the strip, in only 2 days, we went to the strip about 8 times since it was so close. Neighborhood is peaceful and secure. I would definitely come back to this home again.
