Step in to luxury as you walk into a lavishly decorated hallway taking you into a beach lover’s dream! The living room begins with a leather couch which converts into a sleeper sofa and overlooks the gulf and pool through the surrounding windows. A fully furnished kitchen is filled with the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare and serve your own meals. The dining area features a dining table with seating for six people and floor to ceiling windows for an unforgettable meal, beach style.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and opens directly onto the private wrap-around balcony and provides an astonishing view of both Long Beach and the Panama City Beach skyline. The master bath features a dual vanity and large tub. The guest bedroom hosts a queen size bed and full bath. Across the hall, the third bedroom features two queen beds and third bath, again with dual sinks and oversize tub.
One of the most exciting features is the oversize wrap-around balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico that will knock your socks off. Which is great because you need to get some sand between your toes anyway! This 1,847 square foot layout provides ample living room and sleeping space (up to 8 people) making this unit the perfect condo for your next family vacation, weekend retreat, or romantic getaway.
Upon your arrival at Edgewater Beach Resort you will notice the careful attention to detail. The resort features 11 swimming pools, 6 reflecting ponds, 4 whirlpool spas and our Grand Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool, an open free-form area and elaborate system of waterfalls and islands. The Lagoon Pool is located at Tower 1 and is enhanced with 45,000 square feet of deck space along with fiber optic lighting. Resort amenities also include a shuffleboard court, six tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, spa and conference center.

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at the Edgewater Resort. It is an older facility but it is well maintained. We have stayed at this resort a few times and everytime we come we learned more about the area and like it better each time. We are even considering retirement here. When we checked into our accomodations we found that the floors had not been cleaned deeply for some time. They were sticky and dirty. When I reported this to the managers they immediately went out an got a steamer and deeply cleaned ALL the floors in the unit. This showed me they care about the facility and our stay.
