Whether it be the avid golf party or a family vacation, this beautiful 4 bedroom villa is just ready and waiting to give you a wonderful, comfortable stay in Florida.
Just around the corner is the entrance to the golf course and first tee, with golf carts readily available and a championship, expertly tailored course.
As you enter the villa the striking Italian tiled floor greets you. There is a huge TV with DVD and video players. Extremely comfortable furniture in the living room, The well equipped kitchen looks on to the dining area for family dining or there is a breakfast nook in the kitchen for a quick snack.The master bedroom with it's kingsize bed is on the on the ground floor and overlooks the pool with a beautiful ensuite bathroom. On thesecond floor is a bright queen bedroom with a mattress that is soooo comfy with it's pillow top.
There are 2 twin bedrooms and all the bedrooms have a TV and dvd player. A shared full bathroom completes the second floor.
Out onto tthe lanai where table and chairs are placed for a little shade from the hot sun , or sun loungers at the pool side for the sun worshiper.
In the garage is a game room so this villa has something for all the family young or not so young.
The villa would not be complete without a laundry, this villa has a family size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
