  My wife and I, and my daughter and a friend stayed for several days in March. The home lives up to it billing! It was in a beautiful location, with three terraces facing the water, birds to watch everywhere, and unmatched serenity. The home's furnishings are uniformly neat and pleasing to the eye -- the spaciousness of the home, its views of the scenery were more lovely than we could have expected and the actual equipment available to us in the kitchen was more than adequate. The hostess -- whom we met -- was also lovely. Any or all of us would most certainly stay here again! Five stars for sure!

  We stayed here early September 2012 for a wedding. The house was the perfect location, as the wedding was nearby on East Ashley Avenue, the beach access closet to the house was only about a 2 minute walk, and it was so wonderful to have our two dogs there with us and my twin baby boys! The owner called to make sure everything was ok upon our arriva, and the front door had the code lock which was great not to have to worry about keys. The view of the marsh was wonderful but beware of the mosquitos, but there was a screened in porch. The beds and linen were comfortable. The house was so roomy too! I had wanted to stay again this March 2013 but we ended up needing more than 3 bedrooms. I highly recommend this rental and plan to stay here again another time!

  My husband and I rented the property around the holidays and we loved it. Even during the off-season, it was mild enough to have the screened in porch open overlooking the marsh and take the dog for walks along Folly Beach. The location was just right for us. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, clean and comfortable living arrangements, and the proximity (20 minute drive) to downtown Charleston. You can tell the property is well cared for and we felt right at home. We hope to come back in the future.

  My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, rented this property for a long weekend getaway. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. It is very open and roomy with many outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. It is perfectly located on the marsh with a beautiful view of the water.It was very easy to get in to town...We would definitely rent this property again in the future!

  Just as they say in the description, the house was clean, comfortable, romantic and private. We really enjoyed staying in such a lovely location, the view from the back deck was beautiful. We also loved being so close to the beach.

  Came with a bunch of friends from NYC, they didn't want to leave. Perfect location for a quiet holiday, close to the beach, cold central A/C, lots of space and amazing view for sunsets!! I'd rent again in a heartbeat.

  We arrived to this beautiful home and immediately started to feel the tension melt away. It was open, airy, clean and the views from every room were breathtaking at every time of the day. Sunset was extra special. The beds were incredibly comfortable and and the sheets were so soft, not the scratchy ones normally in rental homes. The master bath has an amazing jacuzzi tub that was heaven. The beach access was a minute and a half walk from the house and a quiet part of the beach too, away from all the noise at the big hotel further down the beach. There were screens on all the doors so you could enjoy the salt air and sea breezes all day and night. One small detail that made the trip extra relaxing was the keypad on the front door, you have a code and don't have to keep up with a key the entire time, small but was really convenient. This house is great for a romantic getaway or a whole family. The local bike rental company delivered bikes right to our door within 20 minutes of calling and picked them up at the end of our stay. I highly recommend staying here, it was just what we needed! Thanks for a great vacation!
